KAVANA FLOOR AND BATH

No exchanges, no returns!
I bought a medicne cabinet 3 months ago for an apartment I was remodeling and now wanted to exchange it for a mirror with lights.
Came to the store and they said to me they cannot exchange, ni return the item because of the tine passed (3 months) and the condition of the box, the box that I never opened.

I came to Kavana F&D by reference and the experience has been fantastic.
Orlando has been professional and patient with my choice times.
Also convenient to the Fortlaudedale store since I'm further north.

Jose and the team re-tiled ground floor of my house (the kitchen and island is existing) and they did a fantastic job! The existing floor tiles were carefully removed throughout and even from the existing kitchen cabinets and around center island. Then the new tiles were installed underneath while the cabinets are in place (a difficult job to do).

The floor tiles are perfectly leveled and aligned. I added a laundry base cabinet in the launders room after the tile was installed and I didn’t even need to level the cabinets with shims because floor was so flat and leveled!

While not necessary, Jose came by every two-three days to check up on the progress. The installation team was very professional, they cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall very impressive with the work!

My husband and I visited Kavana floor and bath multiple times while selecting our bathroom tile. Kavana has beautiful high quality Spanish and Italian porcelain tiles. We had an exceptional experience with Angela. She is very pleasant to deal with, we never felt rushed to make a decision. She answered all our questions and demonstrated great confidence and knowledge about her products. We are very happy with our beautiful Italian tile!

Sales agent quoted me a price for a bathroom vanity, even wrote the price down on her business card. I went back the next day and apparently she misquoted but promised to honor the price. I walked away to take a call and left my wife with the sales agent. When we left the store the receipt reflected an increase in cost by more than 10%. The price wasn’t honored because they didn’t have access to the item I wanted so they just changed the price and never bothered to explain this to me and just took advantage of my less savvy wife. When I called them about it and asked why, the agent did nothing ti make the situation better. Complete bait and switch and the. She took advantage of my wife while I wasn’t around. I’m disgusted by this, and if I wasn’t in a rush ti finish my renovation, I would have canceled the entire deal. As I begin my next, even larger project, there is ZERO chance I will go back to this store that has no credibility.
