Needed rings cleaned checked resurfacing Alexandrra was great some of my items didn't show so she looked them up sent out three rings she was great.

Placed an order for a high school class ring for my sister back in November.here we are in February and just now finding out that order was canceled the very next day after placing it. They claim they sent an email informing of cancelation but we never received it. Apparently order was canceled due to processing error with CC however, we initially wanted to pay ring fully in cash when order was placed but they denied and said order must be placed with CC. So now we're left trying to figure out how to get a customized class ring for my sister in less than 5 weeks. Disappointed is the biggest way to put it.
