My family and I have been customers since the 90s. Customer service has never been a problem or an issues (Kudos to the Kay Jewelers at the Fashion Square Mall, Waterford Lakes) until recently with the Palm Beach Gardens Mall. The Manager Marilyn sold me a set in 2022 over $XX, K plus the warranty (as done in the past) and ask for the receipt to be emailed. One of the pieces broke and the options were we can replace but the warranty will need to be repurchased or fix it by removing the link making it shorter so basically ignoring the damage. In addition, the warranty nor the receipt was found. This was now the 2nd incident/PROBLEM in which her customer service level was at zero. She returned a FedEx item from another Kay Jewelers after she had straight faced smiled and said "once the package is received we will call you". Can't be trusted do not recommend!

Brandon at the Palm Beach Gardens mall was excellent! He was the best ever! So patient and helpful! What a gem he is! Now I love Kay!

Went around with my fiancé to look at wedding bands as we had a really tight schedule. We hit all the jewelry stores in the gardens mall along with some in Jupiter, but Kays was by far the best in terms of customer service and first impressions. The ladies working were so welcoming and the associate helping us genuinely wanted to find us something special, which we really appreciated. They didn’t treat us different because we’re younger than average customer base, and happily helped us find the perfect band. Walked out with well wishes, polishing cloth, a great warranty, and a beautiful $800 band! We’ll definitely be coming back specifically to our sale associate from now on for our next ring set & jewelry. Good customer service makes a DIFFERENCE!

This Kays is the only one i will ever be going too! Marilyn is so amazing in helping me when other stores completely ruined my experience. My partner and i bought all three of our rings together from another store. When he went to pickup our rings my rings were sodered together we did not ask for or want this as he still wanted to propose to me. Shortly after he proposed we decided to stop in the store in the outlets to have my ring cleaned since we were in the area and we had our engagement photos the following day. We had my ring cleaned after it was done i walked outside and that’s when i saw it a crack in one of the diamonds i was very upset because the lady we were working with looked at the ring before giving it to me and didn’t say a word.so i went back in there then they tried to say i don’t have the warrantee for the diamonds which i did. Finally after she sees we do it has to be sent out so i don’t have my ring for pictures which really was disheartening. After a few months we went to the store we purchase it in port st.lucie and had it inspected for the 6 months we had it inspected and i was telling the employee there that i was not happy with it that i feel like i’ve only had it this short of time and it already cracked she wasn’t very helpful.after barely a week i had my whole center diamond fall out and my wedding is literally less then three weeks away! I freak out crying and everything. The ring i seriously had for 6 months but barley got to wear it as it was again damaged and the last time it was damaged it took about a month to get back because the couldn’t find a diamond. My mom calmed me down and drove me to the Kay in the Palm Beach Gardens mall and when we got there Marilyn was so amazing in helping me and fighting for me i’m so thankful that i came into that store she literally saved my day. I cannot recommend this store enough as they actually care about their customers
