9 AWESOME.and we didn't even catch a fish!
David (Captain) and Mitch (1st Mate) were beyond gracious and worked diligently to get me on fish, just wasn't happening that night. We hooked into one Tarpon, and the fact it got off was all on me. That's why the call it 'fishing' and not 'catching'.
Anyways, the boat is well maintained and clearly obvious that both David and Mitch take pride in giving their guests an exceptional experience. I've been on countless fishing charters all over the world, and WITHOUT question, if you are looking for a boat while in the Keys, these guys stack up to the best of them.

Captain really cares about catching. If you like catching, this is the spot.
Captain Dave and first mate Zane were fantastic. They taught my boys and I the nuances of fishing for Yellowtail, were patient and great communicators. We had a great trip and caught a lot of fish! Next time we’re in Islamorada, I’ll be booking with Kay K IV again.
Capt Dave put us on some great spots and put in the work. It was a great day of fishing, can’t wait to come back for more.
Truly the perfect fishing trip. Brought a couple real special kids with me and Captain made sure they would never forget this day. As an avid fisherman it was one of the most enjoyable trips I’ve been on. Captain even showed me a few new tricks.
What an incredible experience! Captain Dave and his deck hand, Zane, were patient and friendly, explaining everything thoroughly and coaching and encouraging us every step of the way! I especially loved how they took the time to pay special attention to our son to ensure he had an unforgettable experience! I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning! Top notch!
