I am extremely glad Danna came to the rescue. The girl that attended us was very unpleasant to a level that I wanted to leave the store, but then Danna came along and made sure we’re getting the best customer service and assisted me in every way she possibly can. She’s very knowledgeable and super nice. It’s amazing how one person can change your whole experience!

This place is awesome! Third time buying from this specific store and today Man I got a great deal today not only was it a great deal but the staff was even better from Dana to the manager George everything went smoothly they even contacted people above them and went way beyond out of their way to get me a better discount. 60% off 55 gram 11 mm Cuban link bracelet second time buying from this store from now my buddy from here on out. Walked through here for the heck of it on a whim. The store is as small as it seems but very clean and easy enough to walk through! Inventory was clean as was the displays and neat to look at while you walk! Didnt want or get anything and didn't need any help so no comment on either of those! Still fun to walk through, at least to me!

Oof service has dropped.if you aren't coming into this location to make a purchase then good luck returning customers get little to no help and have to argue just go get their warranty backed up I shouldn't have to argue with you. I paided my warranty. FIX IT. FYI this has happened to me and my fiancé multiple times here.otherwise I wouldn't feel a need to warn other's!

Take your money elsewhere. Employee not only had a tone with me, but was also careless with the item I was purchasing to the point of sliding it across the counter and dropping it on the floor, twice. Granted it still looks fine, but no customer wants to see their expensive purchase being mishandled like that.

I bought from Kay jewelers for over five years now, but you should never buy from this store! They sell items as new, but that are actually used. They sell you warranties that are lies that are told by multiple managers. They won’t give you your money back even after they say they will. They don’t care after they get your money. They said you can call corporate to cancel warranties, which is a lie. These people will say whatever they can to take your money! Don’t buy from this jewelry store!

Danna is very knowledgeable and professional. She is also very skillful and resourceful. She helped with every step during my custom design process and I love the piece we created together and I will come and do more new pieces of jewelry with her. I will recommend her to every friend and family member. She has my business for now and moving forward.

They advertised a chain as 14YG 22 rope chain I liked it so I bought it.one month later I get it tested and it’s 10.16 karet! They said they are going to make up for it so I will be writing a review soon! Sooooo 12 days later the manager of the store sorted everything out and apologized for issue and upgraded my chain to a 14k wheat 22” rope chain! After that I felt more comfortable and looked around the store and found a beautiful 3/4 karet diamond cross Valued at $1299.99 he’s going to honor me a special discount for icing on the cake! During Christmas, I visited this location and the store was packed. There was no number system or ticket station but I still stayed because I wanted to inquire about an item for a gift. Each sales Associate that worked great yes me with respect. I felt warm and at home even though I was just asking for the price. Finally, I was helped by one of the associates and she was pleasant and friendly and gave me a great discount but I didn’t make the purchase. I wanted to make this review because I felt like I was at home from the moment I walked in.

This place needs to take classes on how to greet their customers! EVERY SINGLE TIME I walked in there I had to shout out for help. No one greets you, no one bothers to acknowledge you standing behind the desk (they see you buy they won’t even bother to walk over to help you). Seriously, don’t even bother. Ugh, I hope I never have to go back! I dropped off my ring about a week ago and told me they would call me once it’s available for pick up.a week later and no call. I HAD TO CALL THEM!

Horrible customer service. If I was not already set on an item I saw online, I would have not purchased it from here. As I walked into the store, I saw 3 associates standing behind the counter near the cash register, not one greeted me. I stood at the section where the item I wanted to purchase was and again no one cared to to acknowledge my presence. I had to ask for help aloud. I purchased my item, however, I was looking at purchasing something else that would have had to be ordered. During the ordering process, the associate noticed the store getting a little busy, she ended up making an excuse that the tablet did not work and immediately started helping the other customers. If you want great - professional customer service do not come here.

Terrible customer service. Was looking for a necklace. Came twice in the store. Did not get help. Associate was seating down. No effort to help. I came the second time to see if maybe it was a snapshot. No difference. Take your money elsewhere

Jewelry store. Chains, engagement rings and stuff. We were there on Monday of labor day long weekend, it was insane, it was packed with a lot of people but often not enough helpers to answer your questions. Otherwise, the service was ok and the prices a bit on the expensive side. The parking is free. There is free wifi. Lots of nice products but often you could not find the right size. Easy to navigate through.

Marcos was amazing really had a great experience with him.he really spend good time and 100 % customer service.
