Bought a bracelet for my best friend’s 30th and the experience was very pleasant. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything specific, and the prices were fabulous. Highly recommend and will be going back!

I went into Kay just looking at engagement rings for fun and Cristina helped me out to look for something I wanted and convinced me to end up loving something different. After helping us with our engagement rings questions, my boyfriend wanted to buy me a necklace and she helped us find the perfect one at a price within our budget. She even helped us find a pendant for my necklace and ordered it for us online because it was not available in store. I would definitely recommend the Kay outlet in the premium outlet mall. Cristina was very dedicated to answering any of our questions.
