They did a horrible job on my ladies Mexican tile its peeling and always looks dirty but its just the coating they put on is peeling off. Ofcourse they won't make it right unless if they can do the other floor to ruin it. Very rude would not recommend

I really wish I would have taken a before picture. The whole experience from Rob, a representative who does the quotes to the technicians who did the job. Rob was precise and true to the advertised price. Kevin and Abel were beyond professional. Their work was impeccable and we could not be more pleased. They made our very old tile look new. There is not a storefront that I am aware of. A representative comes out to your home to give you an estimate. Mine was to have the grout cleaned. However, after they clean the grout and the tile, they put a colored sealer over your existing grout (they match it perfectly). My floors looked as if they had just been installed! Highly recommend this company.

KC TILE is wonderful! My floors look like they did when I moved in 26 years ago! They look brand new. The customer service was outstanding. They were completely reliable, professional and I have recommended them to some of my neighbors, who have also been very pleased!

We needed one room stripped and resealed, their reviews were good and we called only them. They came out quickly and did the job but we are in the process of moving so we had to move the furniture in and out of the room over the course of a few days. When they came back to seal my husband mentioned they should vacuum or sweep first and they didn't. Our freshly sealed tile has dog hair and other dirt in the seal.

They were prompt, careful and my tiles look brand new. Painted grout is beautiful. Very courteous and job was done on the time estimated. A+

From start to finish KC Tile Restoration was fantastic!
We needed our tile/grout cleaned. Emilio arrived on time to discuss/review what was needed and answered all of our questions. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer understands the whole process.

The job was scheduled a week later with Fransisco and Nosie arriving on time to clean. When Fransisco demonstrated the grout/sealer colors we had originally selected, they ended up being too light. Instead of having to reschedule, Fransisco contacted his supervisor and suggested two more colors and that gentleman drove from Boynton and one worked out to be an exact match.

Fransisco and Nosie were very professional, polite and conscientious of everything they did while performing their jobs. Both of them were very considerate and made sure we were happy with their work before they left.
Emilio called us within the hour after the work had been completed to make sure we were happy with the results. The whole team's communication style was great and very much appreciated!

From our experience, this company really goes out of its way to make their customers happy and is fairly priced. We highly recommend them!

We live in Tamarac and used KC Tile Restoration to repair and restore our tile and grout.
The estimator came on time and advised us that they can make the tile look new again.
The crew showed up on time. They discussed the process with us in detail and helped us pick out grout.
You need to move as much off the floor as possible.
But, it’s worth it! We love the way our tile looks. It was worth every penny.

I could not be more impressed with KC Tile Restoration. Initially someone answered my call promptly and scheduled a free quote including measurement for square footage. My project included about 500 ft. ² of quarry tile which has been in my house for 68 years. It desperately needed TLC! KC Tile Restoration sent a professional crew of four men led by Miguel- highly skilled, on-time, professional. They cleaned and polished the tile, added a new grout color with built-in sealant and then covered with five layers of high gloss glaze. It is gorgeous and I am delighted with the whole experience! Their price was the best price, and they suggested restoration of kitchen, front bath and laundry room tiles as well for a reasonable additional fee! I used a white grout on the quarry tile and laundry room area and a kaki tile in the kitchen. Everything looks brand new, crisp and clean! Emilio provided the quote and the follow up to see if I was satisfied with the outcome. Pictures say it all, so I will share some! Highly recommend, job was completed in a single day less than a week from request time.all systems go for 5 stars all the way! ️ ️ ️ ️ ️
