Their slogan is rise to the challenge. That's really code word for all the pressure is put on the new employee with minimal training while the team leads have time to walk around and goof off all day instead of creating a job based spec manual. On the surface level this place looks professional when it's not. All you hear is team leads walking around cracking jokes all day. They seem to have a lot of time to joke around while new employees are required to fill out unnecessarily long job based time cards and ask question after question while team leads are goofing off. Very unprofessional environment. I highly discourage people from working here.
