Jada is rude and make an uncomfortable environment. Has a double standard where she harasses her coworkers. But will do the same thing for other clients. Ked Express never works properly for me. I always have some type of issue with the system. Staff never really seems to know how to fix it.

I've been visiting this place for over a year. I've overheard the employees talking about purposely messing up someone so they could defer them and not have them back. There's a lady named Jada who always seems to have a bad attitude and treats us clients very rude I would recommend her for sticking you. She's the one I overheard saying that she would defer somebody because she's sick and tired of dealing with their attitude when she was the one giving attitude to the lady.

Destiny is a sweetheart.she took care of me in a professional manner after Jada burst out at her coworker for helping me. Jada tried to tell me that she knew my medical history better than I knew my own. Calling me a liar. I would never allow Jada to stick me ever again. I've heard her numerous times in the past stating that she would mess somebody up so they couldn't donate again. Somebody with that type of power shouldn't be a botanist. It's a very dangerous thought that somebody could ruin your vein make you internally bleed out or any other serious incidences. This woman is completely out of control for the position she's in.she always looks unprofessional and acts unprofessional. Jada's attitude is very uncalled for over the past 2 years I have watched her treat customers like garbage I have even watched Jada treat her co-worker like trash because she disagrees with the way they do their job. I know she has personally cost this company thousands and referrals even making customers not want to return after dealing with her.

My roommate just got home from Donating plasma and took his coat off and this is what the inside of the sleeve of his coat looks like do to the negligence of the person who took his IV out and wrapped his arm. Do to not properly wrapping his arm now his coat is ruined. You would think that the center would be responsible for ruining his jacket do to the negligence of the technician who wrapped his arm. That's alot of blood loss after donating and what if he would have passed out while driving do to that much blood lost.

Very nice people and not a long wait to donate plasma excellent service in a very clean place and environment.

I've always had a good experience here at this donation center. By the way, who out there is perfect? I certainly am not, we all have had bad days, and sometimes terrible, but, at the end of the day, Jesus makes everything better. To know Jesus, is to know true peace; to not know Jesus, and there's no true peace.

Bring photo id W/ Current address and social security card and 100$ for the first 4 donations not 200$. Rates change after 4 times. But friendly staff and people. Game shows are Always fun to watch

I came in Friday and donate and they never uploaded my money on my card. I hope they fix it

Sign in computers are always down and or broken. Employees choose not to fix or don’t even know how to log into them so they can be used. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. Have issues receiving our payments in full. Being paid $30 having to wait several hours to receive the last of the $100 payment. Card always declined at stores Bathrooms are always dirty. Pee all over the floors. If I could give a 0 star ratting I would. The last company that owned this building did a way better job at running this.

I had a great experience both times I attempted to donate. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Also very clean and just an over all pleasant environment.

Crystal is awesome talk about professional. I've been coming to this center for about 1 year and she if not already should be promoted. I've observed her have to fix people's resticks supervisors and all on her first try always willing to help the TEAM. Any little vein ppl she is the first the team ask to do.she is awesome if she is not a supervisor then there is definitely something wrong with managment owning a business myself the people that should be promoted are the ones that work the hardest in our team player not who's friends with who

Monica is great. Painless and fast. She has a great attitude and very up beat. Always a pleasure to see her

They are professional, and very attentive. They take their jobs seriously and try to make you comfortable.
As a sidenote, there was a disruptive donor who had some issues.this donor who is being very disruptive, loud and causing problems. The staff handled the situation with care and concern for the donor.

Monica Shivers made me feel comfortable, she was also respectful and made sure my first time donating plasma was smooth

This particular review is a first visit, new donor review. This was by far the quickest and easiest new donor experience I've ever had in my time donating plasma. While the other places I've experienced (not FL based) took 4-6 hours, this was 3 hours from check-in to donation to leaving. Definitely happy with my first impression. Will leave another review after a few months of donating to ensure it wasn't a fluke.
