Unprofessional. We booked two appointments with this business. She canceled the first appointment without notice. We were waiting outside the office for her to call and say the cancellation she sent us via email must have bounced back. We attempt a second appointment we arrived 10 minutes early. We waited outside 25 min before leaving as she would not grant access into the building. She calls back to say she was on the other line, no apologies or respect for other’s time.
