My rating is zero. Your agent, Alex Olmsted, was very arrogant and attempted to belittle me. When he arrived my HVAC system was operating on emergency auto on. When he finished the HVAC was completely inoperable. He claimed the motor blew up. He blamed the installer. I paid $115 for the diagnosis. Further, the next day I found my freezer had defrosted. He tripped the socket it was running on. I need to be refunded for the diagnostics, my freezer and for leaving my HVAC system in operable.

Excellent experience with Keith Lawson Plumbing. Jesse and his assistant were informative and knowledgeable and made a difficult installation (per Home Depot) amazingly simple and fast. I will call Keith Lawson with all my plumbing needs from now own - I highly recommend.

Replaced our water heater. Very experienced technician and very friendly. They need to replace the card reader machine the techs have. Had to drive to North tallahassee to pay the bill. I give fair reviews for service, but ya'll can do better.

$430 for a 2 hour dishwasher install, I provided the valve, and it still leaks when it drains.

A wonderful service call. Explained the details, condition of AC unit.
Outside unit never looked better.

Donald was the technician who came out and repaired the heat pump at our residence. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough with his job. He explained everything he was doing and he was able to get it done in a timely manner, had to come back with parts to complete it, but told us how to get through the night if the parts were not available. I am very pleased and impressed with his work! I recommend that you use this company for your needs.

Just had the most comprehensive maintenance visit! James was thorough, professional and informative!

10/31/23 UPDATE: I was contacted by their customer service manager who constantly talked over me, wouldn't let me speak and only wanted to deflect any responsibility. They offered to refund their diagnostic fee if I would take down this review. She refused to take ANY responsibility and behaved like she was doing ME a favor. It was very insulting. I dropped by two star review to a one star review. **************
Keith Lawson once use to provide great service but are now all about squeezing customers for money. Keith Lawson was never cheap but I paid for the quality. Now they nickel and dime you even more. Their red carpet service doesn't cover diagnostic fees and makes it not worth paying for. Their quality is also dropping and with so many other competitors, they should improve their service. I have had to call a tech back for every service they provided. They can't even install a toilet properly and charge to come back out to fix their install.

Alex Olmsted did an excellent job servicing our AC unit. Extremely happy with the service and will use KL services again.

James did a great job and, I appreciate how he explained repairs and maintenance.
Little confusion concerning scheduling but, the office was responsive. So all went well.

Joe Covalt showed up on time and after assessing the situation. He explained the needed repairs and cost. His work was neat, quick and professional in every aspect. We are pleased with the work he performed.

A large oak tree uprooted in my yard breaking my waterline. They showed up quickly, provided a reasonable estimate, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The technicians provided consistent communication regarding the project. Would highly recommend this company.

David did an excellent job diagnosing my issue and was very thorough in explaining the creative solution he came up. Truck was neat as a pin and impressive that he had so many parts on hand for repairs. Highly recommended!

I had a weekend HVAC emergency and had to call Keith Lawson HVAC Services on Sat.for help! The dispatcher was very upfront about how busy they were. She was kind & helpful. Then later, a technician named Donald got the call to come to my house. I’ve been a customer for a while but somehow hadn’t met him before. He’d probably been to a lot of homes before mine and he never complained but I could see how hot & tired he was. With this apocalyptic heat wave, the techs were surely all slammed. Donald came & even though he had worked all weekend, I imagine, he took the time to be thorough, friendly, efficient, & complete. He didn’t rush and he made me feel like I was the only customer he had seen. He is a great representative for his company employee! I am very happy with the great service from Keith Lawson HVAC Services! I highly recommend! Ask for Donald!

As a quadriplegic, I am unable to regulate my body temperature. Therefore, when the AC went out last night and the house temp.climbed to 90 degrees, the AC technicians put me on the list immediately and they got me up and running before noon the following day!
