Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, Orlando FL

Food & service was Great! A few of the Managers were kind of over doing it since a good friend of mine works there.

The WORST breakfast/brunch experience I have ever had. First, we waited DOUBLE the time of the originally quoted wait time – I understand that there is no way to know the exact times however, if the waiting time is literally double than what was said, your team needs to understand time estimates better. Once we got our table it didn't get any better.our portion sizes were all different, the eggs were burnt, the potatoes undercooked and the french toast was cold and barely cooked (it was basically bread). We did talk to the manager who offered to remake our food however we were already behind schedule since we were visiting out of town. Once the manager walked away an employee came out proceeded to let her coworkers and manager know in front of the restaurant that she is "done" and quits. I guess no one is happy at Kekes.

Overall, I had high hopes for this experience due to the reviews but this place deserves no where near 4.5 stars and we will not be back.

Didn't even get to eat here. We left after being told it was only going to be a 25 minute wait only to be told 30 minutes later that we had to wait another 30 minutes. And they told multiple people that, not just us. I gave my boyfriend's name to the guy at the front counter and when he went to check, he said his name wasn't even on the list. Some other girl had to point his name out to him. Extremely poor management on their part, we missed breakfast everywhere else waiting on them.

Staff works as a team to provide great customer service. The food is good and the establishment is very family friendly.

I called today ahead of time to see what the wait time was. They told me 15 minutes, no problem. I got there and got seated right away. My server came to get my drink order and told him someone else was joining me, but came back fast to give me my drink. My friend showed up and we waited for our server to come back to get the drink & food order. We put that in and just waited for what seemed like the longest. It wasn’t even packed at all. After 30 minutes, we just decided to leave. Our server never really checked on us after he bought the drinks and condiments. We informed the host that we’re leaving and to cancel the order. He told us to hold on and assured us that our food was coming out in a moment. We stood at the host stand, just wondering at this point if we should just walk out for real. He came back and told us again our food is coming, but we said forget it. I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had a problem. Maybe it was just an off day, but definitely didn’t want to start off my day like this. Especially because I do love kekes.

Stopped here for breakfast this morning. I enjoy writing reviews, especially positive ones. The tables are spread out well and there is lots of room at your table. The restaurant was extremely clean and all employees seemed very professional. Our waiter Richard immediately arrived at our table when we’ were seated. He was enthusiastic and overall just had a great attitude. I ordered a vegetable omelette which I have to say was just amazing. Richard was there to fill my coffee and warm it up for me numerous times during the meal. The order came quickly and it was presented very nicely. I observed the kitchen through glass windows that were near my table and watched what was going on during my meal. The kitchen was spotless and the employees all worked in harmony. The manager Danny came over to check to see how we were doing with our meals. We complemented Danny on what a great job he and his employees are doing. I will be having breakfast again at this Kekes location. Truly a pleasant experience.

While at first glance you may think the prices are too high for a breakfast chain, and to some that may be the case. But what you truly pay for is the exceptional service and perfectly cooked food. Quality is hard to come by and is well worth the few extra bucks, and if you have a Keke’s near you give them a try, your stomach and your date will thank you.

Food was great! Server was friendly. Our order had a snafu, but got fixed quickly! Their policy won't let folks get on a wait-list ahead of time, so plan ahead if you're thinking about going during a brunch rush.

Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is one of our go-to breakfast places for a reason (try the Eggs Portobello)! They have a solid variety of gluten friendly options, as well.

So disappointing! My omelet came out wrong 3 times. Greek omelet- plain with nothing, then chock full of raw onion (allergic and not in the omelet to begin with), then came out after everyone, including myself was done eating (ate the fruit and home fries that came out 20 minute prior). Staff was not empathetic and acted as if we were at fault. Usually have a great experience here - it will be a while. Only reason 2 stars os because the food is still good for everyone else.

Fast service, friendly employees and attentive manager. Food was delicious, well done as requested. I’m giving 4 stars because I had to repeat my order multiple time to the waiter and was still wrong when read back to me. It might be just because he is new (like everywhere because of low staff) but I had to return twice for missing things in my order.

It was okay, overall pretty underwhelming and not great food. Waitstaff was very friendly.

Believe it or not I complained about the food So the manager came over and began insulting my wife. He was extremely rude and Aggressor. This was the location on Maguire

If I could do less I would. Today it was deadly. I asked for an omelette without cheese being I am allergic to dairy. Usually no problem, but today was terrible. I received the omelette. Thinking nothing of it - I usually check very carefully when I go someplace new because allergic. It just took a single bite. The cheese hit my tongue and the I spit it out. Within less then 15 seconds my body reacted with the inside of my mouth swelling and feeling like someone was close off my throat from the inside. Took medication. I never asked for a new omelette but they made one and billed me for everything even though i could not eat any of it. The place started to get crowded and people staring at me. After 45 minutes with medication I walked outside. It was still difficult to breath. The manager checked on me twice. I actually thought I saw him laughing. This is no joke. Very serious. I was in the parking lot alone for over 2 hours. If you have allergies do not go to Keke's unless you like to play Russian roulette with your life.
