We really enjoyed our food and the waiter was great. Even with lack of staff we were in and out in a decent amount of time (we had a party of 6).

Terrible customer service, I had to ask for everything, and my food was not how I ordered it, my server told me that I would get it the way I want it my next visit, Terrible, Terrible

Love this place, prices are average and the service is great. Sometimes it can be busy. We go to this place very often, try to go early they open a 7am and closes at 2: 30pm. Check their openings hours.

Keke’s is definitely a MUST every time we visit Orlando. It’s a little pricey but the food and service are totally worth it.

The breakfast was really good, the server was really helpful in choosing the right meal that fits my taste. The timing on the food was good too.

Honestly, with such staff shortages I received the best service. My heart goes out to all servers. The food was great (thank you cooks) and the waitress was beyond words. Thank you!

Probably the best breakfast place in Orlando. I wish we could have went a few more times during our visit. The fresh fruit on my french toast was soo delicious that I didn't even need syrup. I also ordered the small breakfast salad which was my favorite part of the meal.

My wife's pancakes were huge and she enjoyed them so much that I was planning on ordering them the next time we came in but didn't get the opportunity to.

Staff was really nice, food looked great, but wife's food was lacking in flavor and I got the eggs Benedict that was unfortunately over poached aka hard boiled.

Great breakfast. The best omelettes I had. Trust me, I had a lot of omelette when I was in the army. Highly recommend.

The service here at Kela’s was amazing. The food was served quickly and delicious. Our waitress was very kind, and efficient.

Very enjoyable, start to finish. The wait was perfectly reasonable, the host staff was friendly and effective, and our server was a real delight. She was nicely attentive, engaged, and genuinely friendly without being intrusive or pushy. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

The food held up its end as well, no question. A tasty waffle, perfectly cooked bacon, and excellent poached eggs for me. More of the bacon to go with scrambled eggs done just right and a mammoth helping of fancy toast for my wife. We were both very happy and full. The coffee was fantastic as well, as my 3 cups consumed will be testament to.

Found while traveling, but will absolutely be returning if we're back in the area in the future.

The food was good, staff was nice. They are a bit short staffed but you can tell they try their best.

We visited on a Saturday morning, and the place was beyond slammed. The line of people waiting at the host stand was out the door. I understand that good employees are hard to find, but some additional attention at the host stand would improve the experience.

Pro tip - Consider ordering from the restaurant website and getting the food to go. That's what we wound up doing. I still had to wait in line for ten minutes just to ask if my to go order was ready.

All that said, the food was pretty good. We had the breakfast burrito with potatoes and eggs Benedict.

I love this place! Every time I'm visiting in the Orlando area, I bring my friends and family to this place. Friendly service and the food is absolutely delicious! Totally recommend coming here.

This was the first restaurant we visited during our trip and it set the tone. I ordered a Mexican style omelette with pedal sauce. I never heard of pedal sauce but the food was very good. The service was great also.

5 out of 5! Great prices and great food! Our server, Jackie was very friendly and on point. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good breakfast. They also have good coffee which is a big plus for me. The Apple-Cinnamon Waffles we're also amazing.

Horrible start up service experience but an awesome recover! After waiting for 40 minutes to be seated, we waited an additional 15 minutes after seated without being acknowledged by our server Jackie. We told the greeter about it who came to talk to Jackie who decided to give excuses and argue with the greeter in front of us, instead of seizing the opportunity and make it right. Then came to our table, said I will be right back and was gone.
The recovery by the manager (i think his name is Mark) and our other server George was wonderful. They apologized for what took place, took our order, food came our fast and was delicious, and we even got a discount without asking for it. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE RECOVERY. JACKIE, YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN, take lessons from George!

I will never be eating at this franchise again. I had went on August 12 with 3 of my friends, and one was running late. A hostess told us that we could not be seated until she came, which was fine, so we put in orders for our food to take it to-go instead because we had to be at school by 9: 10am, seeing as it was our first day. The person who took our orders completely messed them up and one of our friends didn't even get food, despite them taking her payment. She was told to come after hours to get her refund that day. We took the food that we did have and left, leaving the food in the car because we did not have a chance to eat before class, as we left the location around 8: 55am to see if they can get all of our things, but they could not. After our classes finished around noon, we went to eat our food, just to cut our waffles open and see hair and flies baked into it. We were absolutely disgusted and went back to the establishment for a refund. A manager took our name, the total amount for the food (we returned it all), and the last 4 digits of our card that we used for payment, but we were never issued a refund to this day. We even contacted the corporate office, but they did nothing to help us. I used to love coming here, but that is a mistake I will never make again.

Lovely food was busy but which made the services a bit slow. They answer every questions we had a bout the food.
