Keke's Breakfast Cafe, Winter Park FL

Oh. My. GOODNESS! Where do I begin? The portion size was huge! The taste, wonderful! The service, "we love you Tina! " This will definitely be a place we revisit!

The first thing I noticed when I was seated was the multiple leaks in the kitchen. The water was literally dripping on a workers head! Lol!

Other customers that were seated after us got their food before us. The staff was nice but the experience could have been better.

Overall the good was good.

Service has gone downhill…server was not friendly never made eye contact and would not let me order according to a surgery I recently had. The host was rubbing his nose and touching tables and not washing his hands.so dissatisfied I used to love this place. Not a nice outing! It was not pleasant

Generally on the pricier end of breakfast, as would be expected of eating in the area of winter park. There is also an extremely narrow entrance to the parkinglot, which makes coming to kekes difficult, as it is often blocked by cars trying to leave.

All of this aside, the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and bright, and their service was prompt. The food was very delicious and nicely garnished.

The waitress was very knowledgeable and quick. I like the food there I will keep going back!

Unseasoned, low quality mess and terrible management.

Ordered the kids pancake meal, before I ordered I specifically asked how many pancakes it came with, the server told me 2 or 3 small ones. They brought out 1 very tiny, almost silver dollar size pancake. We had a hard time getting our servers attention after that, several times we had to get other waiters attention to get napkins, silverware, straws (the basics). I let the skimpy pancake thing go because we’d also ordered strawberries - but he didn’t want those so we asked to exchange for blueberries - considering they misled us with the kids “stack” that was just 1. That’s where it got out of hand.
The manager came over, very rudely tried telling me the definition of “stack” is 1 at their restaurant. Stack means 1 in what world? Nonetheless, the server didn’t know this new definition either and therefore us as the customer was misinformed. Instead of the manager kindly assisting, she proceeded to tell us that the price of blueberries is higher and that they would charge us for it all. My food had came out cold and nasty, so at that point I was done talking. The manager, yells to the kitchen to get us some blueberries, very unprofessional, full on attitude, condescending. And this to a mother with a hungry toddler who is ONLY that way because of THEIR mistake with the pancake. Altogether terrible experience.

Food was great, but on a recent visit I was disgusted to see one of those pandering letters from upper management taped to the wall complaining how "nobody wants to work anymore". I'm SURE you are severely underpaying the workers who provide us this great food and therein lies the problem.

Whoever made that sign is despicable and should be fired.

Delicious brunch on a Saturday. Food it's fresh and tasty! Service was a bit slow, but ou'r got really busy when we were there. Parking lot was totally full. Had to make a couple of rounds ro find a spot.

We called in our order and was told it would be ready in 12-15 minutes. Got there after 20min and still had to wait another 15min. Dinning wasn't even full, this was around 820am. I know places are experiencing shortages etc. But then adjust the communication to reflect as such vs giving customers a bogus wait time.

This is the worst restaurant I have experienced in Winter Park. Horrible customer service. You have been warned.

Went in late afternoon before closing. Didn't feel rushed food was goodand service was fast.

Never have I ever had problems, when the food is amaz- sing, it's so good makes you want to sing and excellent customer service. I honestly don't know which one is better. The best location is the one in Winter Park.

The food was amazing and our server was great. The Eggs Benedict were fantastic and the home fries were incredible. My husband loved the Turtle stuffed French toast.

Delicious, but during lunch time rush on Saturday, the service was quite slow, although friendly.

1st of all they didn't even seat who we were meeting til we got there, 2nd it took them 10mins to ask us what we wanted to drink and about another 10mins to take our order, then we never got our food, another table was seated about 20mins after us and was served their food and was eating b4 us, by that time we decided to get our food to go which wasn't fair, the table next to us even got a manager to help them and apologize to them an she noticed we still didn't get our food, and didn't do nothing, all in all 1st time there bad experience, I will never go back especially as a Veteran.

Great food and lots of menu options for different diets. We waited 10 minutes on a busy morning, and we’re served very quickly. Very pleased.

I just love this place! Not a great place for coffee besides regular coffee, but love the food! 4 stars is because no one is wearing masks, however not required for now. Is just I would have liked to see employees wearing them. And because they only serve regular coffee (no espresso, latte nor cappuccino). Great service!

Loved it! Was greeted right when we walked in and attended right away. Place was clean and the food was fresh and delicious! Oh and our server was amazing!
