My partner and I’s experience with James Chu in the Tallahassee area was exceptional. He went above and beyond his role. By his actions you could tell he genuinely wanted to help. I couldn’t put into words how appreciative I am to James.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Trust me. I never write reviews but I felt I was obligated to do so to let everyone know about my bad experience with KW.

I bought a house where Keller Williams was the listing agent unfortunately. At no time did they disclose that the water was full of rust. The water has so much rust in it that if you were drink it you would probably turn red and become magnetic. They told me the rust would go away on its own after some use. Its been 8 months now and it is even worse. I cannot drink it to this day.

They also told me house was done with probate when in fact it hadn't even begun. This was an absolute fabrication in my opinion, This cost me an extra 4 months of delay closing or 4 months rent. Since I had a large down payment I couldn't walk away. They kept me hanging for months.

They also did not disclose that the roof was falling in on the shed. It rains more inside the shed then outside.

O, but wait there is more the deck was rotted out above and below (support beams) and had to be replaced. Below is some of delicious rust water.

Lori Beth is the nicest realtor I've ever dealt with! Very professional and helped me with a special request. Ask for her if you are buying or selling a home.

My wife and I decided in July to move from back west to Tallahassee Fl, we contacted Chip Williams he was awesome he kept in contact with us while we were selling our house. Once our home sold Chip had Hunter help us out, and he found our dream home and from 3k miles away we were able to tour our house and make an offer. With a two hour time difference it was a lot to ask someone to do, Hunter was awesome I can’t even count the times we had to call late or weekends he always called back or answered right away I highly recommend Hunter and the Chip Williams team. We kept Stephanie Davis Hopkins very busy this past year from selling our home in December, helping us find a rental property to move in to, and then representing us in purchasing our new home in Chastain Manor.
