Stay away from this place specially if you encounter Aguedo Alvarado, Juan Alvarez and Frank J Aver. They are the biggest scammers in the industry, they act like a mob. First they overcharge for everything. Be ready if you have issues with the equipment, will take days even months to fix it. Aguedo Alvarado doesn't know what he is doing if you believe in miracles this is one of how Kelly Tractor employees him. Unfortunate this company has authorization from Caterpillar so they just care about the heavy equipment, so if you have something small with them, they will make sure you are getting rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Do not attemp to buy used equipment from this dealer. They will send the invoice and after you fund the deal they will come with a excuse and will not sell the machine. If you really wants to buy used cat equipement make a trip to Ring Power and you will see a difference. They do this to all customer and they dont even care

How can I begin, from the stand point of what the company called CAT is a very none brand and I can personally say I stand by the brand for as far as there equipment goes but I can not say the same about the Miami store and there personal from customers to employee ratings I can not see this facility growing to full potential customers should be number one and to many complain for right reason from parts to service to even sales nobody actually carries out customer satisfaction they will not go to that extra mile to have a satisfied customer. Employees there’s this wonderful dream of working at cat in Miami and then it falls into the ground as all the promised words from higher ups doesn’t mean a thing not even if you work your hardest they are known as a number for a place family owned and having a legacy this is really worrying I can’t imagine anyone who has heart and passion for the industry to come remotely near Kelly tractor in Miami this store needs real bad help in what it comes to the work place especially in pay to keep there employees motivated and stay true to CAT.
