I had an exceptional experience with Kendall Audiology Miami during my recent visit to the city. My mother and I decided to utilize some of our downtime to address her hearing difficulties, which had been causing communication issues and friction between us. Given the continuous misunderstandings and the need to repeat myself constantly, I had resorted to speaking slowly and using hand gestures to facilitate communication. It was high time for a professional assessment.

Choosing Kendall Audiology was an easy decision due to their impressive website and convenient location. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the grandeur of the building and the spaciousness of the office. The cleanliness and well-organized setup immediately conveyed a sense of professionalism. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness exuded by the entire staff.

Dr. Elwick, an authority and expert in audiology, guided us through the entire process. Her knowledge and approachability reassured us that we were in capable hands. Mercy and Debbie, the front desk mavericks and super duo, welcomed us with genuine smiles and ensured our wait time was minimal. Their efficiency added to the positive initial impression.

The lady who called to schedule the appointment was nothing short of spectacular. Very accommodating to my schedule, friendly and a delight to talk to. The office staff when I got there were so cheerful and and amicable. Made you feel like they were truly happy you were there.
The audiologist, Natalie, was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time explaining in depth, the result of my tests. While they want you to buy their product, it felt more like going to a family doctor than a place that makes their living by selling hearing aids. Absolutely ZERO sales pressure.
All things being equal, I would buy the product from Kendal Audiology.

Highly recommend Kendall Audiology for all your hearing needs. The staff is wonderful. Mercy and Debbie are so friendly and welcoming. Natalie explained the process prior to the testing and reviewed in detail the results. Wonderful experience will definitely be coming yearly.

I expected the attention I received as soon as I entered to the office. Quite environment, not too many patients and the attention received by front desk was very nice. Dr Jessica provided me required explanations, very professional and acknowledged on her specialty. I will return on timely manner. Very good office to recommend.

For anybody with hearing problems, Kendall Audiology is nothing but Heaven, and Dr. Rosie Simon is the specialist there who has truly changed my life. I used to live in a quiet world, not able to work because of my almost non-existent hearing. I even distanced myself from normal social life because I couldn't participate in a conversation. The worst was that i could not fully enjoy my grand children because I couldn't hear everything, and many times I made fool of myself due to missing a conversation. Dr. Simon tested my hearing and helped me get hearing aids completely tailor made for me, so now my hearing is perfect. A truly amazing and life changing experience! Completely needless to say, but I most strongly recommend Kendall Audiology and Dr. Simon, and I would never go anywhere else for help for hearing problems.
