I have had body work done on my 2020 Mercedes CLA 250 at Kendall Collision twice and most recently this week. Each time I have entrusted my car to Richard I have gotten it back like brand new! I brought my car in because I got into a slight accident. I brought to Kendall Collision due to your reviews. I met with Richard who was honestly one of the best customer service rep I ever met in a long time! He made me feel comfortable to leave my car there for repair & assured me that everything was going to be perfect. He helped me go to Enterprise rent a car & didn’t leave me until I was helped! Richard told me that the car would be available and done by Friday & he wasn’t lying!
The car is absolutely amazing I couldn’t even tell where the damage was and the paint job was spectacular!
I will definitely take it to Kendall Collision for any car repairs in the future & will highly recommend to all those that need car repair.
