I don't recommend them at all, a lot of informality.
I've been waiting for a pair of glasses for more than two months. The first time they measured my vision incorrectly and therefore the lenses came out wrong, then I had to go and I have been waiting for more than a month for the lenses.
The truth is unfortunate.

I do NOT recommend this office at all. They are extremely disorganized and have no respect for people’s time or money. Waited a month for glasses and was only made aware they were ready when I called to check on status. I was given a small window of 10a-1pm to pick them up on a Tuesday. I took my lunch hour to drive to the office. When I arrived before 12: 30 the door was locked. I called and was simply told “well they’ll be there tomorrow between 2-6pm. Ridiculous. Asked to speak with the office manager and he refused to have them call me back. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional.

I will advice you all NOT to do business with Kendall Eye Center. I had the worst experience with them. They had me waiting for 2 months for my glasses which they had them done wrong. The lence wasn't what I specifically asked for. They kept my glasses in the office, had me waiting 2 month's. To give it back the same way. NOTHING was done. They lied to me and lied to the Insurance (Eye care solution) saying I never left my glasses in their office.
Bottom line.
Don't go there if you have a problem. THEY WILL LIE, AND WON'T HELP YOU. Be careful!

Staff is so rude, they treat the clients, they treat their clients as if they are doing them a favor, they are disrespectful, the doctor is good but he must see how he hires his staff,

For me Dr. Lori Espinoza is not a good doctor for me was a scam I pay 150 dollars for nothing. I went there 4 time. 1.for consult. 2. For pick up the lenses. 3. Return the lenses because where bad, 4. She said she fix it and where bad, them I dicided to trow it away. Lost my 150 + what the insurece paid + my time. She also offer me a blue light proteccion what it wasn't really need it because my son just need the lenses for faraway. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

I called yesterday to see if I get some glasses and the lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Of course I don’t recommend this place.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quick…Unlike other offices that make you waste hours just waiting around. These guys are really great. Even from my initial call to book the appointment Andre was really helpful and got me the info and appointment I needed. Thank you guys! Glad I found you!

Horrible customer service which is quite a shame because Dr Espinoza seems to be a competent optometrist. My first appointment resulted in an hour wait and it took her another hour to finish my appointment because she was shuttling between different patients. I just arrived for my follow up and again, waited for over 30 mins. It just so happened that I was quickly seen after talking to her receptionist about the wait. I spoke with other patients in the waiting room, all who had been waiting between 30mins to an hour. Dr. Espinoza heard me talking with the other patients about this and confronted me and said "Hey girl (very unprofessional) what's going on? " and then proceeded to tell me "we always do our best to see our patients at their appointment time" but could give me no reason to why everyone was waiting so long today nor why I waited so long last week. She then rushed through my appointment to hurry me out the door and when I asked her about if I were to bring my son with special needs to her office, what would be the best time to bring him because he cannot wait, she curtly said "I cannot guarantee that you'll be seen right on time. There is always going to be a wait. This is a family practice and there is always a wait so I don't recommend you bring your son. " Don't worry, with that attitude, I would never bring him here.

So I would recommend this optometrist only if you want a doctor who doesn't respect your time, you don't mind waiting to be seen and don't expect undivided attention from her during your appointment. Also don't bring young children unless they have the patience.

And from previous reviews, I expect to read some curt remark from her. To Dr. Espinoza: You should really learn how to manage your schedule better because you seem to be a fairly competent optometrist and I would have gladly used you as my optometrist for myself and my son and would've recommended you to friends and family. My last optometrist, I was a patient for over 20 years. I decided to change because I wasn't going to make the 1hr drive to see him but after what I've just experienced in your office, I'll gladly make that drive again.
