This is the third time I’ve been at this office. This physician, Kenneth Jeffers, seems to only want to deal with kids when they act “put together”. This time tho, he almost yelled at my daughter but i turned around as soon as I heard it coming and he caught himself. For someone who chose to work with kids, if you kid isn't ‘behaving’ you can tell he is annoyed. Walked into the room i was in with no hello or hi and first thing he says is ‘what did i tell u? ’ Like wait what? What did u tell me about what? And before u answer that question, did u forget your manners at home? It was my mistake coming back for the third time but this is the very last time tho. Please do yourself a favor and find someone that will be patient with your kid and not seem irritated with their age appropriate behaviors. My daughter is one by the way and I give her all the grace there is, because again, she is one.
The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude! She called me to let know Dr Kenneth Jeffrey will not be able to see my child … I ask if we can reschedule she said” GO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! ” Without an explanation and hung up on me.
If this is someone who’s supposed to represent your facility this level of unprofessionality says a lot about the level of care this facility provides.
Physicians, please do not refer your patients to this facility! Very unprofessional!
In 2001 my daughter was born with a club foot and was seen the Dr and I tell you other doctors always ask who seen her and did her procedures till this day. She looks great. Thank you doctor Jeffers.
Dr. Jeffers is an amazing doctor I am glad that I was able to meet him and Adelle he knows his work and does it well considering the circumstances my baby is back to herself in just a matter of 2 weeks her cast is off and I highly recommend anyone who has a child to go to him if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change one thing
