Truck broke down for a coolant line leak on 10-28-22.
Got towed to this Kenworth dealer.
Ruben and his crew run a fantastic shop and got me back on the road in a timely fashion.
He even went out of his way himself to take me to get a rental car my company reserved for me while I waited for repairs! 10 stars if I could give!

Update 8/15-

I had previously rated 1 star due to some complications I had here. But with a recent experience at a DIFFERENT kw dealer I realized my initial 1 star review here was unfair and undeserved. Whatever issues I had here were addressed immediately and resolved for the most part.

What a display of indifference. I caught a worker about to lock up when I was having engine trouble. I had pulled over just one driveway away and walked over to ask if I could just pull in to their lot so mechanics could check out my truck the next day. We had a brief conversation - then I went next back to pull my truck in.

I was shocked to find he locked up and left anyway!

Terrible place to do business, if you not Spanish and speak Spanish, you get no service, worst experience ever!

I got a part for my Kenworth T800 nobody else could get it so I knew Kenworth could I just expected it to be a lot of money and it wasn't it was under $100 don't be afraid to check the dealers if you need a part I was shocked how cheap it was from the dealer

I'm giving it 3 stars for the parking lot is small really no room to park truck and trailer. 4 stars on service interior. 5 stars on customer service

Called several times for a price on a new t270.impossible to get someone on the phone and when they do answer, it's always a promise to call back and NOTHING

If you are thinking of buying a truck, you just have to talk to Jose Torres if he can't sell it to you, nobody will be able to do it, he is the best in customer service from start to finish, because after the purchase the service is what counts and the best service

Very nice & professional ppl, I went in for a transmission fault & they went ahead & put my truck on the j-pro, it didn't show any faults stored "not kw's fault" so they went ahead & did software updates and took care of a minor recall. The fault came back abt 100 miles down the road but I know they can't fix what they can't find. I will more than gladly come back here for any work to be done. Just a side note, it's a fairly small & busy lot so you would be wise not to come here with a trailer, I got lucky & was able to wiggle mine around to be able to get turned around.

They were able to fix a transmission problem on my t680 that three other kenworth shops couldn't fix. The service department guys were very nice and helpful.

Best place.every worker is super cool and friendly.they dont cheat u out of your money. Also they get the job done right the first time.
