Key By The Sea, Marathon FL

This little park sure is changing! Over the years the park has really made some huge difference, from putting in the electric under ground and repaving the roads, the park is looking great. Lots of the owners have started to build new homes and others have remodeled the existing homes. Great affordable option in the Keys!

We rented The Fish Shack in Key by the Sea recently and it was fantastic. It is a mixed park with both long time residents and renters in the heart of the Keys. The park was extremely safe and we were able to dock our boat right outside our door and be in the middle of the ocean within minutes. Walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and dining. Short distance to all of the Keys and excursions. Everyone here was beyond friendly. If you want to feel like you are at home, this is the place.

We absolutely LOVE Key By The Sea, it's one of those hidden gems in Marathon. This is a great little RV park, that has an incredible view of the ocean. We stayed here and never wanted to leave. It's quite, and safe. I left all of our stuff out each night, and nothing ever came up missing or messed with. The canal is like 30 feet deep, so it can accommodate any size boat really. Make sure to follow the white markers when you're heading out to the ocean, it gets pretty tight especially at lower tide times. The neighborhood and neighbors are great, everyone is super friendly. This is also a very pet friendly place, it seemed like everyone had a dog or cat. We are actually looking for our own lot in this association now, fingers crossed one comes available. We travel often, and have stayed in many associations but this is the best one hands down. We cant wait to return.

This is our home away from home. We absolutely love it here. Our boat is right out back so we can hop on anytime we want. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. It's peaceful and beautiful here.

Great place. Some construction going on with the services and they're repaving the roads. Other than that, beautiful place with some very nice people. Glad we chose here. Many years to come!

Management is a joke the board runs the show and they are just as corrupt as the city of marathon. If you decide to buy or rent here you are in for a rude awakening.

Leary of the police in the place. 3 passes over an hour and they were there. Had my cart stolen and fence stolen and the manager does nothing to help recover the items
