This is the worst service place I've ever been. I'm not talking about just one visit, but all the times I've been there. I imagine you want to know why I insisted on buying here and the answer is because I love the ceviche served and I always think people will be better, but today it managed to be worse. Attendants ignored me and my husband for about 15 minutes and treated us badly. I left so frustrated especially as people couldn't communicate in English. I'm doing this review after talking to Daniela who advised me that this would be the way to give feedback, I hope they hire people who really want to work with the public in the future.
I am a regular customer because I work in the parks which is behind the store. The manager Nelson is not accommodating. I went around lunch time to get food for myself and coworkers. I got this drink which required an ID. I told the lady that I left my ID at work but only have the picture ID on my phone. It was a clear color picture. She told me to wait and asked Nelson. Nelson took a Hard look at me from the door he was standing at, didn't even bother to come and said NO. Now mind you, I always get the drink and the other manager would read my information on the ID and would tell the cashier to keyed in my DOB. Nelson didnt give a care even when I walked to him, he dismissed me and that why I left the whole cart of food and groceries there. Wasted my whole hour of lunch which is very upsetting to try and shop.
As a manager, he has very dismissive demeanor which is very unpleasant. Bravo had better customer services. The goal is to retain happy customers. The service was very disappointed.
Amazing variety of Latin food products and produce, although it's a little bit expensive but you can live with that because of the big selection.
The worst customer service, the cashier who was today Friday 5: 30 pm in the afternoon line 2, Latina with blond highlight, after I was in line and had 300 dollars of purchase when she saw that the cart is full she rejected me and sent me to the line of costumer services which are only 10 items, because she had no desire to charge me because ra a lot, apart from that she continued Two they had and the way they look at each other you can see that they are dating each other or they are couples, I need you to take this comment seriously because for people like them you lose customer last time we visited this place! The only one who was human there was the cashier who ended up attending us from the line of 10 items or less
Now called Key food, looks nice but they need to put more effort when re stock the shelves, I bought a salad package and when I got home and open the lettuce was bad, back to store and the person in charge answer me we don't pack the product, that was not the point, They need to be responsible what they put on their shelves. Looks that they don't have the policy that the client is always right
Same day I bought milk when I got home this was 1 day before expiration, how they don't check when re stocking, this was not cool, 2 things same day, make me wonder if they don't care about their clients, which I replaced and they told me to pay extra, What a bad service to clients. BAD BAD MANAGEMENT!
Nice &clean but I didn't find was looking for. Also my particular point of view, expensive prices above other supermarkets in the area

Hot deli food is delicious and reasonably priced. Pass on their fruit salad in produce. Not ripe with little flavor.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I went there to buy meat, it turns out that one of the meat trays, when I looked closely, had a dead cockroach inside the tray. I don't know if they washed it and would put it back there but I do know that I will never buy meat there again, maybe just grains and things like milk but never meat I almost vomited
Keyfood, I miss the Bravo name but it's fine! It's been a go to place since childhood and a great place to go to. The atmosphere is great and the workers are too.
Always a great variety of Latin Caribbean food. Chicken soup is hearty and tasyy. Today, it was much too salty. I had to return to replace my order because shrimp was in it. I am highly allergic. An accident, but very dangerous for allergy sufferers. Server, preparers need to be more careful and perhaps not have them side by side. Kudos to the manager who has been helpful on two occasions.
