Aside from their furniture being wayyyy over priced I still pitched a dining table and china cabinet set also for delivery they took over a week so I went back in person to see what was the problem come to find out they “had already sold it to someone else” 2 days before I bought it? Ok but everything has a paper saying sold when I bought it they put the paper on it so where was the other person they claimed had bought it before me paper? … if ya was racist against Hispanics, they could’ve just said that I will never be buying from there again. I did receive a refund from them but still horrible buying experience I had bought that set for my mother as a gift

Don't bother going close to close. My mom went to go in 3-5 mins before close to go to one area to see if they had something and the lady with the long blonde hair said we're closed all short. But yet she let an old man in 2 mins before they closed. Talk about preferences

Well over priced $$$$$$$
I have donated things here thinking they help people i found this used perfume that could’ve gone to someone that was homeless! That’s why I donate at family resource center because they give out to the ones who actually needs it rather then profit off of everything you donate. There is a couple employees who are nice ans respectfull and the rest are rude and a t like there day is just terrible.

If shopping with little to no air conditioning, and being treated with total disrespect by the manager is something you enjoy, then you will not mind shopping here. As for me and my family we will be shopping somewhere else. The other employees are nice so if you do decide to risk it, I recommend you find out when The Manager is not working and go then. Thankfully there are other nice thrift stores in the area.

Definitely cannot beat some of the stuff you can find in this store. I'm pretty sure everyone working there is a volunteer. Or at least I'm hoping so because a lot of the times the ladies seem kind of mad LOL but I try not to take it personally all in all good story

Was disappointed. I bought something's that cost me 54. $ plus tax and needed brought less than 4 miles to my home and it cost me 40 delivery fee on top of what I had already spent. Thought ide get it today tomorrow but got told will call Monday to set up delivery what bothers me most if I had gone to the same type of habitat for Humanity and could have bought cheaper and got free delivery at 7 miles. I understand making profits but geez we all donate free. I just felt 40 was a steep delivery fee for less than 4 miles down road item I could have unloaded myself but had no way to bring in my car.

I used to love this place! I would stop in every day and always find something. Now you have items that are lasting through TWO half off weekends. TAKE A HINT! Your prices are absolutely insane. I once picked up an unopened pack of taper candles labeled $5. I flipped it over to see it was originally $3.99 from TJ Maxx. I’ve seen them charging $300 for a chipped table set that’s missing one of the chairs! Paper back books are supposed to be less than a dollar, but when I went to check out, the blond manager looked the book over and charged me $3 instead. I guess she thought it looked like a nice book and thought I should have to pay more. This place is a total joke now. Don’t waste your time. By the way, what happened to Cindy? The only polite cashier you had is now gone too. Sad!

This is the absolute worst thrift shop. Insanely high prices, dirty pieces, and rude workers. The Key in Crystal River is awesome - this one needs new leadership.

Selection sadly nowhere near what it used to be. Unsure if not as many people are donating or items are picked through before or possibly right after hitting shelves. As with most thrift stores the prices often make little sense. Prices are often marked up because they regularly hold sales on categories and even half off everything tomorrow. Random fact: I worked for the Key main campus many years ago and multiple family members have also.

Usually this was my favorite place to stop and shop but lately between the prices and rude staff the place has gone down hill and quickly at that. I feel with some better workers and possibly management this store could do a complete 180°. I think the worse part is the staff who act like your a problem when ringing you out and practically judging you for buying anything or always thinking your a reseller.

Over priced for stuff that you can get brand new for a few dollars more. Over priced for things they get free. They never have anything really worth anything because they let employees have first dibs. Can never find any video games due to this.
Their clothes are priced good except for the boutique. Their ads say $1 for all clothes every day but the boutique doesn't count and they'll charge $5.
This place used to be fairly priced for things they got for free but it isn't any longer. It's a big disappointment.

These people are charging double what furniture is worth! Especially recliners. If you ask to talk to manager, she will walk away. Keep in mind this stuff was given to them. Was gonna donate thousands of dollars worth of things from my mom's estate. All I needed was a recliner $600 bucks!

Not sure if people who are giving bad reviews realize that the Key supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Personally speaking anyone who is leaving a negative review is just a miserable person. Not cool. That being said. We love the Key and their mission. They do great work for our community and the thrift stores have great deals. We'll always support the Key and our friends with Disabilities. Thank you KTC! The staff is great and they help adults with disabilities live their best life! Keep up the good work.

Great place not only to shop at but it's a good cause so if you've got items garage sale stuff horde better you can donate their and they will put it in the shop. Have a lot of nick nack basically it's a indoor garage sale from the community. I think most of the people there volunteer.
But if you're looking for just some Oddball stuff something that you certainly wouldn't find it like Walmart or Big Lots or Ace then stop in there and who knows you might find it.

It was a nice experience until the oldest woman took over while I was being rung out. I asked if they took a 50$ and she made it seem like I should have known when coming in the door though there was no sign posted at register. She started being rude and my eyesight isn't the best.said that the chip reader was on the right. I was thinking her right and she yelled "No. "

Maybe just my pregnant hormones getting to me

Good place to go to find a treasure in hiding. Found a few goodies at this thrift store and pricing is pretty decent. Very few things are high priced, but still does happen. So I wait till it hits half off and may pick it up. But other than that it has been pretty good here.

They are over pricing themselves, stuff sits on the shelves to long. They take all the good stuff off the shelves for their 1/2price weekend then put it back out. Shady

I don't know how this place stays I'm business. It's dirty, the items are mainly junk and they want WAY to much for what they are selling. $2 fora dollar store glass? $550 for a old buffet. Really?
