Went to Keys Auto Center with a check engine light on our 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Reggie was terrific, she contacted our home dealership and got all of our warranty info right away and even obtained rental car coverage info just in case we might need it. She arraigned a shuttle ride for us to a local spot to get a meal. Turned out to be a thermostat and was covered under our warranty and thy were able to get it fixed the same day. Reggie even gave us a US Air Force duck (my husband is retired Air Force) If you own a Jeep you know. Thanks Reggie and Keys Auto Center for getting us back on the road the same day so we can enjoy the rest of our vacation!
Beware if you need any kind of body shop assistance…they don’t have those kind of services…you need to drive to Dade county for that…
Very rude, and does not stand behind anything they sale. Do not trust them.
This was the best experience I've had at a car dealer. They treated me well and it felt like they helped me buy a new car instead of pushing one on me. Very pleased.
