Great company to rent from! Extremely helpful and everything they said was spot on. I’ve rented many homes from rental companies and this has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had! A+ experience!

Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals managed our home for over 2 years and I can tell you first hand that they had the customers best interest in mind. In this business they are in a unique position as they have two customers the home owners and the renters. They did a great job managing both. The most important part for them was making sure the renters had the best week they could. On many occasions Mallory would head over to the house at a moments notice to personal work on any issue a renter had. This not only saved the day for the renters but saved me a lot of time and trouble trying to manage an issue from far away. If we go back to renting again there is no question who I will use again the next time.

It is such a wonderful feeling to know that when you choose a vacation property through Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals all you have to worry about is what bathing suit to pack. The next level concierge service takes the anxiety out of the details. They handle it for you. It makes the difference between just having a family vacation or creating a endearing, memorable family experience in the Keys. I have recommended them to all my family and friends.

While the photos look stunning (and the view is) the house is poorly maintained. The pool was a murky swamp when we arrived. There was a greasy film on top of the water and you couldn't see the bottom. The grill is a fire hazard. The starter didn't work and a huge ball of fire shot out of it when cooking one night. Luckily no one was hurt. The dock is in bad shape. For the price, very little supplies were provided - such as limited toilet paper and paper towels. After check out, we were told by the property manager that we "broke the rules" by leaving trash in the bathroom trash cans and their cleaning team had to spend hours of extra time removing the bathroom trash. Seems absurd. Also three pool noodles were left out in the back yard and we were also told that was unacceptable and a violation of the rules. Overall, would not rent this property or from these owner's again. There are plenty of other beautiful, waterfront homes in this price range where its acceptable to throw a tissue in the bathroom trash and not be in trouble for it.

Great house, great location, horrible rental company. Unfortunately we had a large amount of issues we didn't bother reporting until now.

1. Grill extremely dirty and unsafe
2. Pool cloudy even with recommended settings.
3. Dock in poor condition, not to code.
4. Requested to book this $1,000 a night property again, was DENIED.
5. Unprofessional

From the rental company "Thank you for reaching out to us about booking Vaca House again. Unfortunately we will be unable to rent to you again. The home was not left in good condition, there was a lot of trash left in the house, not only in cans, but strewn about the floors of some rooms. The extra trash, along with the condition the home was left in, required extra cleaning charges of $100 be held back from your security deposit. Because of the extra cleaning/trash pick up & removal, the owner is requesting us to not have you rent his home again. "

Do not do business with this horribly ran company, and certainly do not rent 1575 122ND STREET OCEAN in Yacht harbor.

I have stayed at properties under this management of this company numerous times over a 3 year period.
I have always had the most pleasant experiences.
We stay inside key colony and always take pride in leaving the home in the absolute best conditions when we are finished.
We understand that someone is letting us use their personal home.

I would discourage renting from these folks. The rental we had was fantastic, but the AC Went out. It took 2 days to get it fixed and that was a pretty uncomfortable, but no harm no foul there. After the rental, they wrote us an email explaining all the things we did wrong, then told us that they were still going to refund the deposit because we went 2 days without AC. They even sited that we broke stuff that was broken when we arrived. I'm not really sure what the point of that was, just had to have the last word I guess.

We rented thru this company for a week during Memorial day. The location was good and that is about it. The house we rented was filthy dirty when we arrived. The cleaning lady was finishing up as we arrived, she was cleaning the house with a newborn baby wrapped up in a towel that was slung over her back! Myself and my guests had to clean the ceiling fans that looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. We also mopped the floors downstairs and had to clean the grill as well. One of my guests fixed a leaking pipe under the upstairs kitchen sink.door handle in the downstairs bedroom was falling off along with a lot of other things (too much to list). I have been renting homes in the keys for the past 18 years and this was by far the dirtiest home we have rented and the most run down!
