When we're gone from our property in the Keys it is SO reassuring to know that Mike is keeping a close eye on it. He is a paragon of responsibility, and the reports that he sends after each visit on site are fantastic - not just complete, but with photos to document that everything is good.
When Hurricane Ian passed by the Keys there was a significant surge at our bayside house, and we had no idea whether our ground floor had been flooded or not. Because of our relationship with Keyswatch we were able to find out that we escaped unscathed. The value of that peace of mind can't be overstated.
Would give Mike six stars if I could.
