KFC, Palm Harbor FL

Eating inside is a good experience. But just once when I go thru the drive through I'd like to not have items missing.

The employees are super friendly, & it's by FAR the best KFC for miles. The chicken is always perfect. Never overdone, never cold, always freshly made. Can't say enough about it. I had a KFC 1.25 miles from my house and i gladly drive the extra 15-20 mins just to get the good from this location. It's that much better and the employees deserve raises they always serve you with a smile on their face and kind words.

Compared to the soggy nasty garbage they sell at the Oldsmar KFC/Taco Bell.

We always receive the best service at this location. A huge shout out to Robert. He is always professional, helpful and friendly and he keeps us coming back frequently to this location. The food is good and we have never had a bad experience. Thank you KFC Palm Harbor and Robert:)

We've been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks and I must say that we have been very pleased with the food and the service that we have received. This past visit they were running out of chicken so they substituted several pieces with breasts, which provided more chicken to be sure! The food was hot and the order was correct with both visits. I definitely reccomend this location.

My wife picked up chicken here today ~4PM. The chicken was horribly over cooked and employees had to know it just by appearance. I will never stop here again. Having ate kfc chicken for nearly 60+ years this is the worst I have ever seen!

Super friendly staff and great customer service! The person in the drive-thru speaker was helpful and informative and extremely patient. They deserve this rating! Keep up the good work!

Often OUT OF SOMETHING. Customer service actually SUCKS at this location. Their complaint line doesn't do much either.

So I don’t understand how they never have jelly I honestly believe that they are either to lazy to just go grab some or the place has horrible management

Maybe the worse drive thru experience ever. Feel sorry for the owner, could not get any one to take order. Sad when this is when they should excell.

Worst place to eat at. Bunch of kids that work there who are rude. I ordered while I’m on crutches and have a cast on. Have 4 kids (and single) living here hence why I order delivery. The whole order was messed up and when I called I was given zero help or offered any compensation. The immature kid who answered hung up on me with no solution! Very professional! I would love for the owner of this franchise to contact me directly! All these restaurants want people to order and they can’t be that busy but still manage to F up a simple order. Thanks! Apparently the workers at this location don’t care about keeping a job when hopefully no one eats there anymore. I will make an effort to spread the word about this specific franchise.

DoorDash driver attempted to place order for customer and store refused order. As much as customers are in demand for service this garbage KFC refuses because of bad experiences with DoorDash in the past which is not my fault or the customer. Stay away from this old nasty KFC!

Stopped here for the 1st time in 10 years. It was so much worse than I remembered. I'll stick to Popeye's.

I love KFC but this on messed up my order big time and there was only two people working. Will not be going back to this KFC

The meal was horrible they forgot what i ordered because they cleared half the people waiting. 25min after order was taken for my order to even start so i spent about 45mins an haven't even ate yet. Not clean either

The worst fried chicken in the city, I gave them chance by order the 12 pieces combo, but the let me down, if you looking for cheap chicken go to publix. And if you looking for taste go for cracker barrels

Had a horrible experience with employee named Hailey after ordering Uber Eats & the order being messed up. From the beginning she was rude & ended up hanging up the phone on me. Very bad experience.

Last few times we've been there, they barely have any chicken left. They close at 10 and had only 1 breast available. Has happened the last few times.

Very good service. Jessica and Angel were really nice and got my food fast. Thank you ladies for your service. Oh and the food was fabulous

Won't be back. The only thing they do is chicken = it was dry. Mashed potato with gravy = one spot of gravy. Colonel Sanders must be rolling in his grave.
