I don’t understand how a chicken place can continually run out of chicken, 1 and 2 hrs before closing, these in north tampa make kfc look silly

James is the WORST manager! He’s very unprofessional and snappy at customers! He doesn’t deserve to be anyone’s manager! I hope that they replace him ASAP! The WORST experience EVER!
DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AS LONG AS HE’S MANAGING!

This KFC tends to be a hit and miss, so perhaps they were just having a bad night.

The person taking the order was very nice and polite. But the person at the window didn't say a word the entire interaction and it was kind of awkward. We also discovered our order was messed up when we got home. Missing green beans and they put gravy on the mashed potatoes when I requested no gravy (I can't have the gravy). I only ordered three sides as my meal, so I only had one side to eat for dinner: (

My husband's chicken was also undercooked and the fries were overcooked (they were quite crunchy and burnt).

I give this KFC 5 huge stars because their customer service is always on point, their restaurant is clean, and they still offer GRILLED CHICKEN! Thank you for that!

My best friend is over the age of 60. He still calls them Kentucky Fried Chicken. With a big smile on his face he hands me a 20 and says "Go to Kentucky"!

Ugh. I ordered a $30 fill up and an extra side of Mac n cheese. Get home after a long trip. And bam! No Mac n cheese. So I said fine I will forget about that side. But then wow now I am missing half of my meat. Called and spoke to someone. He said great just bring in your receipt and next time we will give you what we forgot. Great because the next time I go there you will remember me. My husband had to drive back there after spending the last 6 hours in the car driving home in the rain.

Food was hot and everything we ordered was there. Very nice experience. And the food was great!

We are from Canada, Americans know how to do food! Price was compatible, but WAY more food, bigger pieces of chicken, way more selection! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I like this kfc, because everytime I go there the place is clean, the food is hot and friendly service.

The food was okay but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I went there on my lunch break and I work in an office so I had a total of 5 orders. I was told that I could only make two orders and I would have to pull around. This wouldn't be bad if you had a line but THERE WAS NO ONE in line except for me. I had to drive around 3 times just to make 5 orders. AGAIN THERE WAS NO ONE IN LINE. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will make sure everyone knows NOT to waste their time. The person in the drive thru name is Jessica you need a lesson in customer service. Just a tip.

KFC might not be the hot "new" place, but it has stayed consistently good and enjoyable ever since I was in high school. The crunchy chicken is crunchy and moist, the mashed potatoes are still enjoyable, and the cole slaw isn't like the places that try to give it too much "bite. " It has just the right amount of zestiness. I'll STILL pick KFC over any other chicken place, including ones named after childhood "heroes" who like to eat greenery for strength, OR ones that employ cows to implore you to not eat them.

It was ok. Chicken was a little greasy.
And the service was not so great. They acted like you was pulling out their teeth when asking for some honey packages.
But it was also shift change.

Won't go there again after reading what I did on YouTube about them sometimes they put the old chicken the way in the refrigerator and bring it out and redo it for people so be careful what you get

$24 for greasy 8 pc. I wanted all crispy, they said they would have to mix. Ok. I received only 1 breast and the rest leftovers. Only 1 crispy thigh. 7: 30 pm is still dinner time and it really disappointed me. Money wasted.

Don't go to this location unless you like being robbed, ordered food total of 9.98 paid with a $ 20.00 girl handed me 2 cents back I immediately asked for the rest of my change and she said you gave me a ten. I told manager to look at camera above the register, he said wouldn't show denomination of the bill, anyone having been in restaurant business knows thats a lie you can zoom in and almost count change. Told him make employee show money in her pocket, she admitted to having ten dollars. Clearly the manager is incompetent and a liar. Avoid the location, not just cheats but restaurant was filthy.

Rode bike paid 7$ for breast meal w lemon cake cked bag wrong cake they switched. Got hone leg and thigh I hate dark meat. Called mngr mike who was rude wud not take my name said had to come back w recpt. No darn reicpt n bag. Insread of taking my name he defended his employee as making mistake. My meal went in trash

Stop in to grab a meal and was told they close and 45 minutes and couldn't fulfill my order. I don't know about you, but that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Just another example of poor customer service

Rude management and staff don't listen properly to customer orders then tells you is your fault never going back there.
