KFC, Miramar FL

Food was very very cold. Customer service poor. I waited seventeen minutes in drive through. French fries was ice cold. Sad and disappointed.

KFC is my favorite fried chicken because of the taste imparted by their infamous 11 herbs & spices. However, I keep running into problems when I order a 2 piece breast & wing meal.

The employees taking my order always ring it up as a 2 piece combo. And when I bring the error to their attention, they tell me that the combo and meal are the same. I know better because I order the same thing every visit and I know a combo has one side and a drink vs a meal which has 2 sides and no drink. Each time I had to get the manager involved to get my order corrected.

This is clearly an issue with the training these employees are receiving. In one case I was overcharged $4 because the employee added an extra side to a combo. Fortunately for me, the manager was able to fix the problem.

I would go to KFC more often if I didn't have to go through so much hassle ordering my favourite meal.

The Staff was friendly! Got food from here. Some of the chicken were not cooked properly and the Cole slaw smelled off. Not going back here

Excellent service, great variety and pleasant and helpful associates. Clean well maintained establishment.

Came here expecting great food and professionalism. I got only half of that. I made a order at the drive through, I was told to wait on the side while the other food was being prepared. After 15 minutes go by I got inpatient ask aBout the order and nobody knew what happened waited 5 more minutes nobody even attempted to start making it. After 30 minutes past by I had to ask again and finally someone made it and brought it to me. Food was great service was horrible thats my experience.

Wow! I can't believe how fast I got my food. The gentleman in the front who took my 2 orders was getting the food at the same time. I didn't wait no more than 2 min.wow excellent

I don't know why it's been a long time since I was pleased with KFC The chicken was hot and fresh

KFC was awesome tonight! I had the one piece meal and that chicken breast was so juicy and crunchy with their 11 herbs and spices original chicken with coleslaw biscuit cookie and a drink was awesome! And let's not talk about the drive-through service. Very complimentary on making sure I had everything that I needed. Even offered do I need any particular sauce or condiments. I will be back soon!

I have not eating a better KFC chicken than this location. Second time ordering over $60 and the orders having spot on! The food is always hot and crisp their grilled chicken simply taste amazing

This KFC use to be one of the best that it was it has really gone down chicken I got tonight from them had no seasoning on it the pepsis were like seltzer water coleslaw was like a cold water in that this is my third time going there and it's just been issues after issues chicken had no taste it was fried excellent it had no taste and I'm really on the verge of just cutting KFC out but the menace told me to come back tomorrow after this time they have no other chances on me coming back to them I'm going to try them once again after that I will be protesting and doing whatever I have to do

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Third time I visit this KFC location. Every single time they put in my food exactly what I emphasized not to put. Today the chicken sandwich I received had a slice of chicken so thin that it was basically burned breading. I am sure that the person serving had to see it while assembling the sandwich. What I am wondering is if he/she would feed that quality of food to his/her children?

I ordered a 12 piece meal. When I got home, I noticed that they only had given me 10 pieces and, they didn't give me the correct side items. I did not feel like driving back to the store. I called the store but they didn't answer the phone. The food was fine but the shortage was disappointing. I wouldn't risk going here again.

Chicken and side veggies was excellent. Hot and juicy. Quick drive-thru service. We were 5th car and got thru faster than I expected. Staff was courteous and friendly. We got exactly what we ordered.

Very bad service, I placed my order I had to wait 10 minutes from window for chicken!
They didn’t gave me my complete order I asked for mash potato they didn’t put it in my order.
Chicken and fries fell like a was eating rubber.
Come on guys do something to have better service and food.
Is not for free I’m paying for it.
Least you could do it is make it right!

The worst location I've ever been to dealing with the drive-thru. Have given them multiple chances to see if they improve but nothing. 1 out of 30 times will you get you order correct. Always missing items, wrong orders, wrong drinks, drink up charges when not asked for, the list goes on. Avoid this location unless you check THOROUGHLY your bag of food becuase you will most likely have to correct multiple items. I will drive further away to find a kfc or tacobell just to stay clear from here now on.

To whom it may concern, please update your opeartional schedule as I wasted time and gas last night to arrive at your location at 00: 30 and it was closed. Clearly is showing an operational schedule to 01: 00. Thank you!
