KFC, Land O' Lakes FL

This restaurant needs a serious makeover/remodel. It’s like watching into a 1980s time warp. Service is okay but food is very salty and overcooked.

Today was my first time eating in the store the food is overpriced the portions are very small and the flavor is not good everything about it is underwhelming

Would not recommend this KFC ordered a mashed potato bowl and they did not use popcorn chicken in fact am not sure if it was chicken at all that’s how horrible this KFC is. It was empty when I pulled up and was wondering in such a great location how can it be so empty well that’s because the locals know it is not a place to eat at. Go to any other restaurant or KFC except this one.

Not as cheap as it use to be (last year for example), very dry chicken, junk food, that's it

The customer service I’is completely out of this world! Food is always fresh! The managers are so sweet every time I come here

We had a not so Great experience at KFC on Ehrlick Rd.
The Manager at KFC on HWY 54 in Lutz/LoL make it right.this is a great location for KFC. The chicken is cooked the way it should be and the pieces were good size. I could taste that Colonels 11 herbs and spices.

Always great experience here but last night we ordered the strips meal for 50.00 and got the wrong chicken!

I when and in the line at ask for a 3 pieces dark meal and the give me 2 piece I ask to correct the order and this lady who was the cashier had a really nasty actitud and management can check the video cameras she was mad with actitud, moving hands like she want to fight and everything was because they give me the wrong order her name is Sam. It was the cashier at 5: 15 pm this is not the first time I come here and they have unacceptable behavior. Really sad

Order 3 PC white original with Cole slaw and green beans. The chicken smelled burnt and it was dry, the skin was not not orginal nor cripy. After, one bite we threw the 3 piece away and ate the sides only (the roll was not soft like it normallyis). This is not what I expect for approximately $12.00. I assume since they weren't busy the chicken just sat under a heat source. The cashier was friendly and its looks as the team was working in harmony.

This was my first time visiting this KFC location but it definitely won't be the last. As soon as I approached the restaurant, there was an employee outside who greeted me. At the counter I received a second, very pleasant greeting. My order was taken, and in less than 2 minutes, it was ready and handed to me with a smile and a "Thank you". It was about a 25 minute ride home, yet when I took the food out of the bag, everything was still nice and hot. Every item we ordered tasted fantastic.the perfect KFC flavor!

I left after sitting for over 5 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Could have went inside and gotten faster service but defeats the purpose of a drive-thru.

Service is slow, but the food is always fresh and good. Plus they need to fix the potholes in their drive through.

The last few visits to KFC was less than satisfactory. Since they changed hands, we almost had given up on them. But alas they have turned the corner. Chicken was very tender and moist and the sides were tasty. KFC is back. A tip of the hat folks. KFCis back on my FAVs list.

I was hesitant to come back after several terrible Experiences, we tried it again and had a great experience. Harold is a great employee and has made me want to return again.

The service is great, but they sticking to the mandated and their dining room is still shut down.
