I am impressed the chicken was great like KFC does does it! For awhile I was worried cause months ago I left a review saying KFC chicken wasn't the same.so I tried it again and Hallelujah the chicken is back to excellent!

We went thru the drive thru 2 times in the last month. The people taking your payment and giving you the food act as if you're bothering them! Other than being told the amount I owed, I was not spoken to! I said thank you, etc and they were silent. I would rather go down the road to Popeye's and have good chicken anyhow. Bye bye Colonel Sanders.

The meal was great, but the wait time was long, there was no extra crispy chicken, and I heard they ran out of macncheese as well

Early birthday lunch for my husband! One of his favorite places so went thru drive-thru day b4 the big day for the $20 fill-up. We were able to get 2 meals out of it. (Had to ask him to save some chicken for dinner lol) Also ordered an extra coleslaw. I could just eat that for a meal and be happy. The drive-thru was packed but they still managed to keep vehicles moving. Our food was perfect and service was great.

Dined in with daughter and her growing family. Prices are reasonable, even for 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Dining room was clean, high chairs too. Food was expected temperatures except the biscuits, which were room temperature. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Sometimes they get it right on. The original chicken is still flavorful and crispy. The mashed potatoes and gravy, I eat it with the chicken. The coleslaw is still my favorite over all the coleslaws that you can get from anyone.

Food was great, restaurant was clean but the biggest thing was how nice the staff was. We did have to pull to the side and wait on fresh tenders but the staff was so polite and friendly not many fast food places have friendly employees anymore. The food could have been terrible and I would have still been happy just because the people were nice.

I stopped by this KFC last week and went inside for the first time (since I needed to use the restroom) to order a $20 fill-up. I have ordered 3 times before this at the drive through without an issue over the last few weeks. This time there were so many errors with my order that I think it was done on purpose.

I have had came here multiple times and have gotten THE WORST customer service ever. Through the drive thru and in lobby as well. Our food was practically thrown through the drive thru window. Loved going here for the food but the service

Don’t bother ordering online. The pick up times aren’t remotely accurate. I waited 50 minutes after the pickup time. I got a nonsensical answer as for the delay. First, it was other people ordered for dine-in. Some who’s order was fulfilled after I arrived. Then it was drive-tru orders. That’s whole point of ordering ahead, so you don’t have to wait.

Food was fine. NOTEWORTHY: Don't online order if using a coupon. Coupons are not honored for online orders, and they can't credit the order in the store. Further, they refused to cancel the online order and allow the customer to pay in store to apply coupon.

Came to get 3 kids meals when I left I didn’t check till I was a long way from the place and only had 2 was very upset I had to go back to get the 3rd one.

Both of us got the all can eat Buffet. Had to buy soda, no water cups. Where's the chicken? They had couple thighs in one tub and one extra crispy ready to go, the rest were empty. The chicken in line had soggy skin and falling off. Sorry I'm not coming for thighs. I had to ask for the white meat! They acted like their being bothered having to served.

It's what you would expect from a fast food place the food is decent and the guy behind the counter was great very polite

Food was cold and order was not complete with everything.will not return to the same place.best part of the meal was the fountain drink.

Posted a buffet but not one, funny little man, wasnt funny.if chicken got any smaller it would just be nuggets. With a bone
