KFC, Miami Gardens FL

This is the worst KFC in town. They never have a pot pie ready. The parking lot is too dark. You can barely tell they are open after dark.

Let’s start by saying I don’t recommend anyone to go to this KFC unless you have no other choice. Sadly I live close to this branch location. The drive thru service is horrible, the person at the windows did not have any customer services experience. I can tell since there was someone in front of me arguing with the cashier. As I drove To order Didn’t ask me what I wanted or help with choices just said Hello. Pulling up to get my order didn’t talk just open their hand to get my money. I left without any sauce or additional fries that I forget to ask. KFC needs to start hiring personnel with experience or interest to work l. KFC you won’t get My money again that’s for sure.

They run out of chicken at 7: 30 pm how is that? They told me the way was half a hour. How you run out of chicken if your schedule is till 10: 00 pm.

They do not have complete combos and they do not serve the amount of mashed potatoes that they offer on the menu and poorly prepared, The mac and cheese are served burned and dry. In general they do not have good service and discrimination. Very bad experience.

Very bad customer service. They're some staff that discriminate and are rude. The mashed potatoes are bad. The Mac and cheese is burned and dry. For the $30 combo they had no Cole slaw.

Im not sure what happened with the service here but I know that it has changed and the quality of the food is different than it use to be.

We placed a mobile order for a pot pie to pick-up at a specific time. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have anymore pot pies and that they had just received my order, even though we placed the order online a couple hours in advance. Then they told me that it would take 20 minutes to make more pot pies. To make a long story short, after waiting for nearly 40 minutes, we got home to find a chicken bone in the pot pie. What was suppose to be a faster convenient way to order your food, turned out to be a huge inconvenience with poor quality pot pies.

The service is okay, but they need to recheck the food order before sending the customers off with missing items.

As a doordasher they don't usually have my order ready but there's a chair sitting near the wall to the left when you enter. If you're waiting you might as well sit. You have to pour your own drinks here. Pros and cons.

The interior needs to be updated. I didn't have a comforting feeling due to the poor decor.

Food ok cs was cashier at drive thru was great second window young lady was no a customer service person. I wont spend any money there again.

Why do KFC sell pot pies because they never have but one (1) available. I just stopped ordering pot pies. What's the point?

All my biscuits were raw and uncooked. They forgot a few of my items. Really bad service! Don’t recommend
