KFC, Port St. Lucie FL

Shared commercial space with Taco Bell. You have option of ordering from both menus. Dining room is old and in need of renovation. Staff feel burdened and don't express any pleasure in their job, you see no smiles and not even eye contact made. Experience in service was mediocre at best.

Older location, ordered a full chicken meal extra Crispy. Sides and everything were nice and hot. Prices a little crazy at 30 bucks

Had a very bad experience.got to drive thru window to hear they just ran out of all white meat chicken.be at least 22+ min before any could be made.not acceptable to me.

Charged twice or two different amounts when I only placed a single order. Manager was argumentative and hung up on me when I tried to ask to be listened to instead of being talked over. Appears to have blocked my number when I called back.

Whoever is working the window looked me dead in my eye and nodded yes when I asked if the sauce was in the bag. I drove off and no sauce on the bag lol I need sauce with the food like every other person.

I’m never disappointed! Quick. Courteous. And deeeelishus! Shameeka is amazing. She’s the hostess with the mostess at the drive up window.

Chicken was over cooked, dry and horrible. It didn't taste anything like KFC, they must be using their own batter when coating to fry the chicken. Just horrible.

I went here before going to IHOP. The sign read that they were open until 10: 00 p.m, but they were closed when I got there at 8: 30 p.m. Whatever, IHOP is better anyway

Ordered online. Showed up on time and was told another 10 minutes. Then when my order is done is when I'm told your out of original and so you substituted extra crispy because that's all you had. No napkins, no plastic wear, no butter, no honey. Poorly ran business with horrible customer service. Watched 3 other people treated poorly in the dining room as well.

Still struggling with customer service. Had a price discrepancy between menu and register and the cashier said she couldn't do anything. Issue did finally get resolved. 4 people and 15 minutes later.

If I could leave less than one star i would.
Our family got home late and specifically looked on line for fried chicken that was open near us. We drive over 25 minutes to get a bucket meal for 6 and was told when we arrived that the taco bell side was only being offered. Absolutely rediculous. Customer service is at an all time low.you need to step it up KFC! Totally disappointed all around.

This location I reported to KFC CORPARATE. Order taker extremely incompetent, the machine to make original recipe chicken not working? Had to settle for Xtra crispy, was burnt, dry, they gave me cold fries, cold mash w gravy and cold Mac & cheese?

The lines are always very long so check your order before you drive off because more than likely your order is wrong. The plus side is most of the people are friendly.

To my dismay, we ordered 2 meals and got an unidentied object in one of the cole-slaw which was half the amount for the container and french fries envolped in the other one. Seems as if they gave us leftover scrapings from the counter. KFC has has lost their basic touch and idea of customer satisfaction. They need to pay more attention of persons meals!

This place is trash. Waited 20 mins to get the window. Another 30 waiting in the parking lot for my food. Only to get a chicken breast the size of a small thigh and a leg the size of a wing. Then they had the audacity to offer me an extra mash which was like water with gravy in it. This is not the 1st time something similar to this happened here. NEVER again. Hope this saves someone in the near future.

Every Friday, I stop on my way home and get the same 2 piece, white meat, extra crispy meal. It’s usually excellent. Today, to my disappointment, the chicken was waaaaay overcooked and tasteless. Very little actual meat, and very tough. I have always recommended this location to friends. Sad.

Decided to try again even though the first time received our order incorrectly. This order wanted Xtra crispy bucket.did not get it was very disappointed and the chicken was overdone and old. Last time.

This KFC is worst place to order food or eat ever I went there at 11 everything is leftover from the night before that's a shame never again nasty

I ordered through door dash. When i got my order one meal was missing. I went to the store to rectify it and found out that my order was placed at another location. At that point I was not driving far. I placed another order and the manager Christopher was nice enough not to charge me.
