Worst KFC experience ever. Nobody cared about anything. These employees should ALL be fired.
They look into your eyes and keep on ignoring you.

On February 23rd at 8: 01pm, an order was placed through an app for pickup at a restaurant in North Fort Myers. Despite being advised that the order would be ready for pickup at 8: 08pm, upon arrival, the food was not yet ready and the customer was told to wait for an additional 25 minutes. The customer attempted to cancel the order, but the manager and staff refused to do so. The manager began yelling at the customer and deliberately delayed the food to punish them. A nice server tried to help, but the order could not be cancelled through the app. The customer called the app support number but no one answered. Others who arrived after the customer were served before them. The manager had a horrible attitude towards customers and employees, and eventually the food was received after an hour of waiting. When threatened with a complaint, the manager responded with "I don't care. " Overall, this experience highlighted issues with the app and the manager's behavior, including yelling and screaming at customers and employees, refusing to help, and punishing customers by delaying their food.

8pc tenders $28.00+ food was awful cold no sauce biscuits were under cook. AWFUL.sat waiting for my food for 15 min. Never again

All three employees two females and one male just standing around eating stores food and drinking their drinks instead of making the store money.surprisingly one of them seemed to be the manager and she was on her personal phone while tending to the drive-through not only was the lobby closed an hour before closing but as you approach the front drive-through window to get some sort of service they open the window with an attitude. Frankly don’t wonder when your business is forced to shut down

Stop by at 2: 30 to eat. Chicken was dried out like it had been made several hours ago. Worst KFC chicken I've had but all of the KFC restaurants are going down hill. Sides are better then the chicken. Good coleslaw is the only good item to get.

Every time I come to this location there's always a issue. Last time they were randomly closed in the middle of the day and now I walk in and all them are doing each other hair behind the counter. This is so unsanitary!

First time being in the place, considering i have lived here for a while! Place was good, fast and friendly service! Food was freshly made at the time i went!

NEVER AGAIN! Don’t go unless you want salmonella/ food poisoning! Recently I went to the KFC IN NORTH FORT MYERS, Florida and was disrespected by an employee working there, now the Manager on duty didn’t do anything or intervene to help me. She just stood there entertained by it all. After purchasing my food, I let the employee know hey if you don’t want to fix my food you don’t have too since you have a bad attitude already! And he didn’t use gloves or wash his hands when preparing my food, that’s why I spoke letting him know hey don’t make it if you're going to complain about washing your hands! Simple procedures that they have to follow anyways! The employee, He then started bickering going back and forth, cursing me out in front of my MOTHER! In front of other guests that was there in the lobby awaiting, (they left during it by the way.) They want your money but don’t want to work for it! No human decency, no mutual respect. I say all that to say this, I never felt so bad, so dirty, so disgusted by a Restaurant ever in my entire life! Just unprofessional, unsanitary & GHETTOOO! If you want to get yelled at like your some 5year old child & get sick then this is the place to go! You’ll be on the toilet for years! You’re welcome and god bless! Oh yeah and during us arguing he left out one of my items I paid for, I hope it wasn’t on purpose but hey it’s fine cause KFC IS CANCELED FOR ME & my FAMILY! I even called the manager to let her know before it would get to this point but they never answer! I tried but no thank you.

Lady was nice and professional. Food was quick and packaged perfectly. She even put honey and jelly packets in the bag. We dont eat fast-food often and when we do we are always disappointed. I was so pleasantly suprised I felt the need to leave this review.

Horrible drive thru service. None of the employees care about the orders. 2 times in a row at 6: 00 p.m. And they tell me NO CHICKEN at KFC but your open?

Biscuit was hard tenders were soggy and not hot. Waited for over 5 mins to be greeted at counter.
The ceiling tiles and vent in dining room are in need of repair rust all over bottom of pop dispenser windows and window ledges dirty.

The guy with dreads and alway says “young man” who did the drive thru on 1/12/22 7pm
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Polite and nice, he should get a raise!

I work close to this location and this is my 3rd time have a bad experience. The first time I spoke with management about their bad communication among each other and to me. It took them 1 hour to cook 10 hot wings.second time I order a sandwich and the lady took damn near 30 mins to bring me my order. Now this time I decided to call ahead of my break and give them 20 mins headstartTo only find out when I get here the lady who answered the phone did not tell the cook to prepare the meal so now I have to wait 15 mins. Just know I will never come back to another kfc restaurant in my life.

Lady at the window was very nice, but the place is obviously not busy and its quite clear the staff is lazy/negligent because theyre missing half their menu and the chicken they gave me was hard as a rock. Crispy was an understatement. The food had been heat lamped for probably two days and was actually unedible. If youre in a pinch like I was, check out the Arby's next door for a better bet i'd assume. Doesn't get worse than that, the manager needs to figure it out.

Been very disappointed in the last 3 KFCs we have visited. Chicken has been dry and a little tough. Used to be my favorite chicken.

I waited over 30 minutes for food. Never got it, and had to get a refund. Waited in line for the refund, then the person at the register let three more people go who were in line after me, before I could get a refund.

They had only one register open, but two employees taking orders.
This resulted in me having to repeat my order four times, and still having them forget to include items.
The fries were stale & the skin on the chicken was soggy.

They have obviously been preparing too much of certain menu items too far in advance.

It was ok. The food was great but. The lady at the window opened window took our money never said a word and shut the window. Opened the window gave our food shut the window. No greeting. No words. Very sad!
