KFC, Lake Mary FL

The only KFC that has grilled available still, which is great but their service is horrible. There's always a wait, & most of them always have bad attitudes. If you don't like your job especially in public relations you should not be working at a KFC.

The worst possible staff…. But if you have read the other comments then that should be expected. I originally was going to post my experience here, however it looks like poor customer service, lack of menu items and just down right rudeness is the standard for this location. I assume the management and corporate don’t care as all these reviews are the same and no one is doing anything about it.

On 3 occasions tried to get some food and they are always short on something, chicken, fries. It could be anything.

NO 5 STAR HERE! GOING DOWN QUICKLY! NICE SIZED CHICKEN. (GONE FOREVER), MORE LIKE NUGGET SIZED! RUDE SERVICE TOO! TOO STONED TO GET ORDERS RIGHT.

WTH? KFC, do you even READ these reviews? Besides the obvious 5 star reviews from the owners friends and employees trying to save face.this place needs to CLOSE! Employees look stoned out of their brains and are angry with VERY poor attitudes. Food is nasty. Our orders were disgusting and not even edible. Chicken pieces were very tiny and overcooked. No, it's not "supply issues". That's BS. You're trying to save your sinking ship by cutting portions and overhead.like all other fast food places I've been to still using the "covid" excuse. And if you think bumping up wages a little will help and motivate employees and attitudes? FORGET IT. This young generation does not want to work. Period. Not even for 25.00/hr. You're doomed until you install the robots to make and serve the food. Only then will you once again have accuracy and consistency without the shuffling poor attitudes. Goodbye KFC! We will not spend another dime with you.

Why did I do this to myself? It's been a long time since I've had KFC, so my wife and I decided to go for it after we saw a good deal on the app. Our order was marked complete and ready for pick up within 5 minutes, and I waited for one hour on the dot before finally getting it. And, finally getting it involved me wrapping around the drive-thru and asking for the third time. The parking lot was full of angry people.you're a chicken restaurant, just make chicken. When people come, they're going to order chicken, trust me.

This place has been short on help a few times but the people that were there working their tails off were always very pleasant.

My family and I stopped for an early lunch otw home. We arrived at 10: 55am, not realizing they opened at 11, so the wait was ok.

We went in about 11: 05 and was told they only had crispy and original would be an additional 15min wait, so we all ordered crispy.

Our food still took over 20mins to prepare. Only upside is that it came out hot.

Drive through employees rush you to order, then get rude.soda has no flavor and food came out. Never returning again. Shut it down

The management is poor you have to wait over 20 minutes for 2pcs meal and the 3staff is babies they have working

This was one of the most horrible experiences I've had at a Kentucky fried Chicken I've gone there repeatedly gave them the second the third and even the fourth chance to get a order correct each time they fumbled the ball The food is overcooked the chicken is small like miniature pieces and the customer service is horrible and I order a wing and a leg and I get a wing and a thigh I order a wing and a breast I get old breast and a wing they are very inconsistent I've talked to the manager I've gone into the location on several different occasions and I get the opinion that they don't want to hear anything that we have to say as a as a consumer, this was the most horrible experience I've ever had consistently at the same Kentucky fried Chicken location I will never shop there again.

When i came through the
Drive through there was 1 car ahead of me. 20 minutes later the 4 cars in Front of me and I were parked in the parking lot still waiting for our food. Never coming here again.

Amber showed great customer service! It was so compelling that I bought a recommended meal vs what I originally had in mind. Great attitude!

The service was great. All the staffs were very friendly. They all came out to say goodbye don't know why but I felt very welcome there

This was the worst experience of my life NEVER GO THERE PAST 8 pm. They gave me hard- crusted- dry chicken. Hard cold biscuits & fries. The Mac& cheese was scraped from the bottom of the pan - hard & stuck together. I paid $25.99 for an 8 piece bucket on 3/23/23 after 9: 00pm. The food wasn’t fit for a dog! Disgusting I’ll never go there again. We were really hungry after a hard day, we couldn’t eat that garbage. To save left over food they lost a good customer & got a bad rating!

I gave this location one last chance, and they came through. The afternoon staff was much better than the evening staff. I was there 3 weeks ago around 7: 30pm and the staff weren't very professional, so I left. That putting it nicely.

Took forever to get my order. I was told they were out of a bunch of stuff, and then they messed up my order

We went by around dinner time and after we paid we were asked to pull over into the parking lot (which was difficult because of the other cars waiting). The guy at the window said it would only be a moment, but we ended up waiting 15 and that looked to be the case for everyone. It's almost like they cook meals individually starting when you order. They weren't that busy but they didn't have a half a dozen pieces of chicken ready to go. Something isn't right with this place, although at least they got the order right and it was cooked properly.

I was told to " keep your white as# outta here" after complaining about waiting in the parking lot 30 minutes for a 3 piece drive thru order. Fortunately, I have thick skin or the 6 lazy "employees " would be searching for their cinnamon toast crunch teeth throughout that filthy location. I would recommend that the owner drop by and watch this zoo in action. Seriously the nastiest restaurant in Seminole county.

This has been one of the worst kFC. Our family have been eating here from since my kids were little. Remember, Customers always come first. Give what is paid for. Stop showing partiality.
