Wish you could go in and have a quick meal. Food good and reliable, although they have cut back on their portions of mashed potatoes, gray and Cole slaw. Upside is. I love their new funnel cake fries, can't get anywhere else except zoo or fairs

Listen this store employs girls from da hood that hate the customers and will serve you maggots and not care. This girl there gave me the raunchiest 8 piece chicken you ever seen them proceeded to cop an attitude. Do not eat here. You have been warned. Fire all those hood rats! Your gonna kill somebody you trash company kfc. Just don't eat any KFC that chicken is so pumped with antibiotics it's unhealthy. You could die eating at the gulf to bay location.

I don’t think today was the day I wanted to give this kfc another chance but barely wanted to give me any sauce like plates like the last time they didn’t want to give me plate’s which are cardboard lol she’s said I need to pick them one by one not 2 of each sauce which is faster I I liked the black man Who gaves us good service? I always loved kfc. Why are people so mean? I dnt know if I should go bck? Omg whers the ranch tenders drive thru

I made an order for an original 8 piece bucket at 8: 45 PM (the most basic KFC order) from the app, when I got there they old me they don't have any chicken because they are closing at 10. I aske to speak to a manger and a lady name Nicole came and she was extremely rude and hostile, she tried to escalate the conversation into an argument. You guys ruined dinner for my family tonight, but that's ok, plenty of places I can spend my money, where they actually care about their customers and provide proper training for their staff.

Downloaded app and did my first order, mobile pickup, spent just shy of $50, got the order home, zero biscuits (supposed to be 6), called up to see what they could do, remembered not giving me biscuits, told me they'd give me the biscuits if I could make it back there before they close, which I could not.can't do anything for me then.friendly enough, fresh good food, but poor customer service.f me then I guess? Uninstalling App. Won't be back.

First of all service looks like nobody even goes there place is empty when I was there and as for keeping job interviews terrible not even manager who ask you to go never there or text you to confirm and show up and tells you it's full or already fully staff after the fact they ask you to come in to a interview and not hiring wasting people time and gas getting there I won't recommend taking a chance anymore my opinion.

Got a great deal on a family meal. As always the chicken was awesome and the biscuits were delicious. They even threw in a free half gallon of a beverage of our choice

Was asked 3 times what I wanted to order it was so annoying that I asked for the manager and was treated like I was wrong.

I ordered the "quick pick up (I got there a few minutes after they said it would be ready) " and ended up waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I then waited another 10 minutes for my food to be put in the bag. They gave me my stuff and was never Apologized to about the wait or how rude they were being. I got to my car, and something told me to check my bag. I was missing a potpie and everything was just thrown in the bag, not stacked or anything. So I went back in, and when I told the girl I was missing a potpie, she proceeded to roll her eyes and tell her manager that I ordered a potpie but she said they weren't done yet! I was appalled that she let me walk out of the store without telling me they weren't even ready yet after I already paid! She said "it's gonna be at least 20 minutes" and when the manager came over, he said "no actually it'll be 7. Someone pot then in the oven". There's no communication between the staff AT ALL! Their service was terrible and they still never Apologized about anything, unbelievable! It was my first experience at this location and I will not be back there!

I hadn't been here in a few years and must say, based on this one experience, it has greatly improved. The person working in the drive thru was friendly and helpful when ordering. The chicken was meaty which is an improvement over a few years ago when it was mostly bones. The mashed potatoes and gravy have gone downhill. They taste like instant mashed potatoes.

How is it possible that they do not give themselves the task of treating you with respect and time? Do you know that the customer is the one who keeps the place running? I hope the people in charge do something because the attention leaves a lot to be desired

I realize paper products are a cost but while I was at your establishment I ordered, and my order was filled, I was eating in, so I went to a table to eat my lunch not realizing no napkin had been included. One napkin placed on my tray would have been sufficient but there was none. I had to get back up and go to the drink station where I thought everything was, no napkins there, hungry I quickly returned to my table and used my reciept to wipe my fingers, on my way out I did find one napkin dispenser at the order counter. Not everyone uses them but also not everyone wastes them. Think your finger licking chicken still needs a napkin and I really think you could have more than one napkin dispenser in your friend chicken restaurant.

Hardly ever go to KFC and I have to say this restaurant is very friendly and clean, they handle food with care, qualityfood. Very easy to talk to, WORTH IT.
