I wish they would open the one backup on 66 and Park I should go there more often if they did I do love their chicken I'm going to start laying eggs soon

The extra crispy chicken was terrible; all breading and dry. I really needed a hammer to get to the chicken. I was there around 3: 45 pm and I think the chicken had been cooked hours before. Even the biscuit was tough, again must have been sitting for a long time. Never again.

Jessica our cashier was absolutely amazing. A complete sweetheart and she really made our morning she was honestly the best. It’s not often you find that much respect and kindness at a fast food place.

Couldn't fill my order because they were out of something but it was the Fourth of July

This kfc does not know how to make breaded fried chicken. Barely any breading on the chickens. First time at this kfc and saw how bad the reviews were. They were right. Not coming to this kfc ever again. Best Kfc I've been to is in Mexico. They know how to make FRIED CHICKEN.

Chicken had no skin. The manager would not give us better pieces. So we had to get a refund. Bad food. Bad service.

No extra crispy chicken, no one in there, yet took long for a 3 piece meal, and the tables weren't clean. Big disappointment. Never again.

We arrived at 4: 45pm. Ordered a bucket meal of chicken. The woman states we are out of white pieces right now, do you want all dark pieces? I said no. She said it will be 15 minutes before they are cooked. We waited. While waiting, I noticed that the preparer or cook had long hair and full length beard without an net on either. Our 15 minute lasted 40 minutes. At that time of day when it's suppertime, they sould be prepared.

The only thing you did get right out this family meal order is cooked original. That's it! Nothing else!

Can’t even get a chicken sandwich order right. Location is so dirty and they are soooo rude to the customers. Cashier name was dameshia and she was so rude like the customers are an inconvenience when they come in. Retraining badly needed!

Went on 9th Street & 63nd Ave n. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the advertising clearly stated the sandwich is prepared fresh the sandwich was old, it had sat out, it was like eating rubber ridiculous you work hard you want to eat good it's a Popeyes across the street I will never go there again

Always out of the wraps an never have pot pies. Popeyes is across the street full stocked.

Rude staff, dirty location. They also refused to let me buy one extra sause. Will not go there again!

This KFC has serious issues. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal and they told me that I could only have one sauce even if I paid for it. I questioned them about it and they said I could not have another sauce PERIOD unless I purchased another meal. I found this completely absurd. I found out they were lying to me because I checked online ordering. If I placed my order with a computer, I would’ve gotten the sauces, but since I was there in person, they would not allow it. Not sure why….

The food was terrible. The chicken strips barely had any meat and they were over cooked and the Mountain Dew tasted like they filled it halfway with water. I should have read the reviews before I went. They are not good. This location has new competition, Popeyes, across the street and should probably step it up. Next time I’m choosing Popeyes.

Picking up my friend maybe tomorrow who is the hospital after eating KFC from this location. Has been quite ill, day after eating here. Was only thing she ate day before getting sick. Doctor says severe food poisoning.
