Absolute garbage this place, what a joke, a literal cesspool of garbage, I saw a rat and cockroaches and walked out, eat here at your peril

If I could give zero stars I would The crew at this establishment on Sun the 24th of Sept at 3pm is an older crew that has zero I mean ZERO customer service skills what so ever. You tell me they are a bunch of teens, which is not ok either, to not attend us as fast is one thing but these individuals should know better. They are not short staffed which was my first thought as to why there wasn’t any acknowledgement made that we were waiting to order. 6 people behind the counter and 4 of them looked at us dead in the face and not one said we will be with you in a moment or anything. When I finally had enough after about 5 minutes I said excuse me and the lady at the window looked at me and then shrugged. I understand that she is attending the drive thru however zero acknowledgement again that we wanted to order. Finally someone came when the manager was out and about. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Fast food shouldn’t take 5 or more minutes to order when there is no one in the line and only one car at the drive thru. To boot, they got our order wrong. What the heck is wrong with this place? !

The chicken was friend to hard and the fries were not fresh to order. The food was reheated and not fresh.

There was noone at the front counter to take our order. We could see an associate named Yarenys was on her phone behind the wall. Finally, after waiting for few minutes, she came out with a straight face to take the order. Food was ok, customer service was bad.

I love the food at this place, I usually buy tenders, and it's not my favorite place but I like it a lot anyway! The only thing I could point out is that the service is a little slow and I have had quite a few problems with orders, not to mention the staff who are sometimes unhelpful! Although luckily they are not things that happen that often, but they are still problems that do happen all the time! I feel the atmosphere is a little neglected! And this is not about one KFC in particular, the vast majority have the same problem!

In short, it is a highly recommended site

BT I already put my reference in Uber eat it's a shame that they determine what the customer eats if they don't have the diversity of all the chicken pieces just cancel the order
I ordered a bucket of 12 pieces and all the same and against thighs and breasts where they are alone and simple THERE IS NO and the customer eats what you want it is not cheap x Uber eat but the convenience of not going you pay shipping is expensive x KFC And on top of that I have to go without eating because I don't like the pieces that you send, which are not the ones that the cube has in its entirety.

I'm so sick of KFC and it's this places fault.wrong orders and old food food.no forks or napkins ever.

Quiet, pleasant, clean environment to enjoy food. Very good and friendly service and attention.

I went three times to get the original chicken at 11 am and they don’t have it. They told me that the guy that makes it is in Cuba he’s coming next week horrible KFC to go. Don’t go there.

I have eaten here before, thankfully once a year at most. It is always terrible, I don’t know how they survive. Chicken is lukewarm never Hot. The corn same lukewarm and old even the color showed it’s old. Taste is OK just the freshness and temperature is always off. The new sized minutare biscuit was again ambient temp.and undercooked! One napkin (for KFC) you have to ask for more because they have none at the tables or front counter! I just read the other reviews and it seems I’m not the only one who thinks this place is terrible!
KFC Corp.if you are reading this change franchisee or complete staff, sorry but they are doing you a disservice!
