Bad service, or rather they don't serve you, you can wait a long time and they don't take your order even if it's free. The checkout doesn't answer what you ask, they are very rude. I don't recommend it at all.

Bad service, the cashier speaks Spanish and English, she doesn't like to serve customers in Spanish, she is bitter.

Says they close at 11pm. I get there at 10: 15 and there's not a single person in the building, no courtesy sign saying "sorry we're closed" or anything. Enjoy your 1 star I guess.

Busy place. Also sells Taco Bell food. Short staff, so wait time was longer. Food tasted ok. Corn was cold with no seasoning. Chicken was KFC normal goodness.

Spend 28 minutes on the line drive-thru. I understand if you're short staff but if you can't operate as a fast food location close it down. Me and three other cars eventually just drove off

They do not comply with the schedule, the restaurant was open and when I entered they did not want to take my order because they had decided to close.

Greasy uncooked chicken and extremely expensive for food of this quality.gravy was cold and biscuits hard as hockey pucks I'm will definitely be rethinking going back to this store

It appeared that nobody wanted to help the customers. I sat at the drive-thru for good 5 minutes or longer no response on the speaker so I went inside stood at the counter and there was someone at the drive-thru window yelling across the store to another employee saying there is someone at the counter. And that employee called that other employee across the store at least three times before someone came to the counter well she stood there talking to a third employee. Got to shake my head on that one.

This was by far the worse KFC I have ever been to. All I ordered was 6 tenders and a large gravy. 45 mins it took, and when I asked for the 3rd time the woman manager was trying to shove me out by giving me a refund and saying she's going to call the cops as she continued to do others drive-thru orders that JUST came in. I seen countless tenders go out to drive thru as I just stood there and watch them ignore my order, and even people walked out waiting at the registers never even greeted them. The employees just walking around aimlessly as well just a total mess of a restaurant. The manager also said she didn't care about reviews so that tells you the management team there is trash.im so disappointed im barely hungry now. 0/10 this establishment needs new managers ASAP!

Went to get lunch at 10: 30 since that’s when online said they opened. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through before pulling around and waiting at the window for someone to acknowledge me. Some kid finally got off his phone and told me that they can’t serve me since their boss isn’t there. I told him that it didn’t make sense since they’ve been open for 10 minutes now and he said since his boss isn’t in yet they’re unable to do anything. I asked when she’d be back, he said he didn’t know she left to go to the bank and wasn’t sure when she’d be back. I’ve been in food before and know my fair share of last minute banks runs, but I never made one without another manager on shift and if there wasn’t one I made sure to do it before we opened. It’s very poor time management and service on their part. I understand things happen but there should be no reason that you can’t open at the time you’re supposed. You’re supposed to have scheduled to you to prep and do bank runs before the store opens. Very poor management.

I wish I did not even have to give it a star because it doesn’t deserve it. Neither does the manager. I think his name is Michael very rude and very ignorant. Trying to force me to use a touchpad to order and I made a statement that I don’t like to use also, he’s like too bad, because that’s the way of the future deal with it attitude and very unprofessional very horrible customer service I would never ever go back there again. So I called to ask for the corporate phone number. I had to ask four times and then the lady hangs up on me.

Kind of mad at this expensive new combo. These nuggets are super small!
12 pcs for $10.30? These literally are half the size of a regular nugget! Very disappointing!

Horrible service.
Closed early and would not refund my money for the order I placed for pickup. They would only speak with me through the drive thru. The phone number listed on their website is disconnected. Finally gave me a phone number to call should I want to make a complaint. Would not recommend.

Super Good Service Jose Bonano nice person great service to me and my Family. My order completed and look good presentation. I love the Table clean and around the best KFC around.

1 of the things we ordered was 2 famous bowls one be never got and the 2nf one only came with 4 pieces of chicken absolutely horrible and will avoid going to this one again

The chicken, bread and coleslaw were very delicious, I love it, it was a reasonable waiting time, clean, familiar bilingual staff

Completely missed the side of 8 biscuits in the 16pc tender meal ordered to-go. Got home, not there.
