Ordered through the mobile app and they still got my order wrong.older gentleman working counter was very rude and wanted to argue about what was ordered.after going back in they still couldn’t get it right.another customer came back as her order was wrong too.

They had 20 ppl in lobby I had an online order that I placed 45 mins prior they didn’t give me my famous bowl meal we spent 70 dollars and it took an hour! And they forgot the meal!

Obviously the manager or even owners of this location is not aware of the service issues with customers not having access to the dining room and the lack of concern for getting the food out in a timely manner. It seems that the employees are too busy doing other things other than running a proficient business. I arrived at this location and was wanting to dine in. I was told the dining room was closed. The they only allowed pickup orders. Or use the drive thru. I went outside and downloaded the app. Placed an order. The order was late, after the app told me my order was ready. It was not. The order was missing an added item in the order. The staff was not friendly and seemed unapologetic. I will not be returning to this location

That is the worse chicken my family and I ever had! You eat with your eyes first, that chicken looked horrible!

My food was coming up as I got there after ordering from the app and the staff was very friendly and helpful and my food was great

This place serves warm freshly made food which taste delicious when enjoying on the table inside. The staffs are cordial and welcoming with prompt service. Keep the good work you are doing. I am proud to have this business in our vicinity.

Employee was hella rude and all I asked for was some sauce for my $20 full up. I was standing up there for about few minutes. A few people walked past me and looked at me while I was looking at the menu after that employee came up and asked what did I want and I said I want to sauce after the fact that they said they was coming and I said OK. Then he proceeded with an attitude instead of saying, ma’am, we only have one sauce, or I cannot hear you. Can you speak up. You said it impolite. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. That’s all I asked for thank you management.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The KFC on W Tennessee Street is very good. The staff is so nice. Pam always assists me. They answer their phones, unlike the other KFC locations. They aren't rude, unlike the other KFC locations. If you ask them to make your food fresh they will and they do not get an attitude when you ask. I drive 20+ minutes just to get fresh food and great customer service. I really appreciate the staff and whomever the manager at this particular location is. Definitely recommend.

Went to get a chicken sandwich and a potato bowl.also got fries.when I get home didnt get sandwich. I drive back to get what I ordered so I drove back and they gave me a cold sandwich that I ordered earlier and the fries I ordered earlier but never received! When I get home my kid is wondering why his fries are cold so I have to heat them up! Totally unacceptable! I have tried to call and resolve this personally but couldn’t get and answer from any location in Tallahassee so here we go! Just a total disappointment! Hope y’all can get better employees! Definitely need new crews for the west Tennessee Tallahassee fl! Super unprofessional and if I were an owner I’d be disappointed!

Check your order before leaving the window. Young lady at window did not confirm my order after handing to me, luckily I opened bag and saw it was not even close to what I ordered. She also gave me the wrong drink, had to have that corrected. This location needs stronger, accountable management, to train team.

KFC is another chain that I wouldn't miss. They haven't returned their buffet since it was closed for COVID. I ordered a two piece original meal. The chicken was dry. The wing was tiny. I'm mean small and still dry. The breading was OK. Local mom and pop lunch restaurants have way better fried chicken and better sides for the same price.

Had to go inside request for rest of order then argue over what I already paid for then get back to vehicle and my grandkids meal had no fries and that's what she wanted the most, I just left people were very rude!

Waiting for our order was like waiting for them to go kill the chicken and then cook it. Sadly wait ing for the right order. Well, actually any order!

Not sure what has happened recently at this particular location. We've been going here occasionally for years and had never had a problem.

That was until earlier this week when we went here to use a by-mail coupon for a 12-piece family meal. My gf doesn't care for anything remotely spicy, so she asked for half and half Original and Extra Crispy.

The meal came with three sides. The containers were barely half full. Meanwhile, we got all Original Recipe for the chicken.

Lame.

Bought 2 famous. Bowls half empty with little to no mashed potatoes. Cheese was not melted. Terrible experience. Would not recommend

This is the second time in a month that we visited this KFC. First time we went they asked us to pull ahead to wait for the food. We refused stating that there is always something wrong with the order and we have to drive back through the line and wait to get it corrected. The man who waited on us was mad because we wouldn't pull and he slammed the window shut and refused to come back to give us our food. Another coworker had to hand us our food. Tonight we went there again and watched while 4 vehicles ahead o DC us ordered their food, drove to the window and was handed their food right away. As soon as we pulled up, the same man who waited on us last time saw us and after we paid for the order he told the cashier to have us pull us to and wait for the meal to be brought out to us. We refused to pull up. They prepared both our box meal and our bucket meal simultaneously, handed the box meal to us out the window along with the drinks but walked the bucket meal outside and tried to force us to pull forward to pick it up from the same man who slammed the window on us during the first trip. Again I refused to pull up. The man finally walked back in with the food and handed it to us through the window. When we asked to speak to the manager he replied that he was the manager. We told him we would be contacting corporate since his actions tonight were in retaliation for us not pulling ahead on our last visit. A pick up window is just that. A window that they provide you service through. This is the rudest KFC that we have ever been to and there will not be a 3rd time for us to be disrespected by employees who severely lack customer service skills. A call was placed to corporate and it will be followed up by a formal written complaint. Do not go to this KFC.
