KFC, Port Richey FL

Customer SVC is non existent. Mgr needs to be fired and bring in someone more competent. Employees are always disrespectful if your order is wrong and 90%of the time it's wrong.

I don't eat KFC very often.they are a bit expensive especially if you are feeding 4 people.so when I do I get excited cause the chicken mmmmm chicken is so good.but this time it was dry and my bucket looked cheap on the peices after I just paid 30 bucks. I didn't enjoy it like I should have

For me, it is the best in the entire area. Very clean and quite fast service. I've been there about 3 times now and it's always been the same.

They forgot to put biscuits in the bag. Chicken was dry and somewhat overcooked
4 wings, which count as pieces in an 8piece bucket.

Super friendly staff. They all deserve a raise! Went above and beyond! Wish everyone took this much care with their jobs.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Me and my hubby did a door dash last night when the food FINALLY came it was 4 pieces of chicken when we order 4 whole combos. So I chose to get it re delivered and it never came so I called kfc and told them they gave me the wrong order and I’m wondering when my acutal order is and the lady on the phone said “acutally kfc is out of almost all food so we gave you what we could” that is completely unacceptable almost $40 order and you could’ve just canceled. I will never be going here again or ever ordering. Shame on you

April is awesome! I made a mistake on my order and she went above and beyond to take care of me.

Ordered online. Door dash delivered. Missing original chicken breast out of 3 pc meal. Ordered 8 PC nuggets and got 6 PC, Ordered 2 small coleslaw that was missing. Tried calling quite a few times to get our food and no answer. Worst experience ever.

Only giving one star because I have to, gave the completely wrong order, took forever, and food was cold. Will not be returning.

Oky, I’m not one to bash on fast food companies, but it should not take 5 mins to get the attention from an employee at the speaker, and it shouldn’t take another 15 minutes to get to the window and than another 5 minutes to actually pay and get our food, on top of all of that how are they out of popcorn chicken …

I drive 26 miles to go to this specific KFC on Commercial. The one in Brooksville tastes like they never change their oil. This one on Commercial tastes fresh. The chicken is cooked perfectly everything. Whether it's original or extra crispy.

I stopped by tonight & found out y’all were closed. I wanted a Mexican pizza so bad I decided to drive down to the one in Port Richey. The was the worst mistake I could have made. The food was disgusting.

So bad it made me appreciate the Taco Bell I get down here in Hudson. Hot, fresh & always right. I haven’t had to make a complaint yet.

They don't have real chicken they only have chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches because it's a Taco Bell

Was there yesterday 2/26 at 4, ordered 8 chicken tenders and large coleslaw the cashier charged 25.00 plus it should be 10.00 and 4.99 for coleslaw I tried to tell her and her snotty remark was that the 25.00 plus was correct. I try to be courteous but when they are snotty that don't deserve it. I know customers are not nice all the time and it's rough dealing with the public BUT if I didn't deserve that treatment.maybe your cashier needs little talking to.

Was a bit of a line in the drive thru as everyone was just off of work and stopping to buy dinner. But everything was great as usual. The chicken was hot and fresh. I also tried the new bbq chicken sandwich. It was very good! It has bbq sauce fries crispy onions (deep fried small thin pieces of battered onion cooked golden brown). Though I told them to hold the raw onions and the cheese (I believe it is Swiss cheese) blah! Lol
Anyway also includes two of their chicken strips which are just the right size to fill up the sandwich bun! Very very tasty! At least the few bites I got to eat as someone else decided they wanted my sandwich as well. Well know I know to get more than one bbq chicken sandwiches!

The manager knew of my order and never started the fried. The meal was hot and cold. Poor time management by the manager
