KFC, New Port Richey FL

I've only been there one time, Taco Bell is connected to it and it was ran by a bunch of teenagers. It was such a dirty restaurant, I walked out without buying anything and I've never been back. I buy my KFC from the one on US 19 in Holiday

In my opinion this KFC is awesome. The cashier Jessica has such a sweet personality and the other members of the staff just go above and beyond. It’s obvious that the manager keeps everything and everyone in order. I went in way early today to get my usual extra crispy combo in which I always substitute for the wings. Oh my are they the best. The wings came out so fresh and crispy. The staff surprised me with an extra wing because of the wait time. This is what keeps customers coming back. I know I’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you KFC for hiring and keeping this group of workers!

Worse KFC I've ever been at. My friend got her food and was almost finished eating as I waited for my food. They didn't have regular so I said ok I'll take the extra crispy. 11 minutes later I got my chicken. It was dry, hard and I couldn't eat it. I asked the lady Jessica after waiting 6 minutes for my food how much longer as my friend was almost done eating. Omg she told me it wasn't her problem. Are you kidding me. I told her it's gonna be because I was going to go to corporate about her. Never never go there again.

Worse chicken ever! Didn’t have extra crispy again! The chicken we got Original was falling all over the place absolutely terrible. Done with this location and maybe KFC totally. Sad!

Stopped in for a to go family dinner and they don’t have enough chicken for an 8 or 10 piece bucket! What?

Lady was cursing about a customer who made a online order mistake outside. He wasnt rude or anything but just admitted he made a mistake

List text coupons available via phone after text sign up on buildings signage. Once you receive the coupon text they refuse to accept it. Food wasn't very good tasting but at least it was hot.

This place needs to be put back together covid is over! And get back to full service. The food is pretty good and the service at the counter is okay, but going in here you feel like you walked into a ghost town or something

You don’t get full portions. I have to go to my second job in 30 min so no time to go back. I paid $40 and didn’t even get half a portion of the fries or a full portion of the mashed potatoes or Mac n cheese.

I brought a 8 piece family meal. I got home to a broken thigh. It was so small it looked like a wing. 2 wings & 2 legs looked like bat wings
& legs. Called no one answered. And I just spend $25.00 on 8 piece w/2 sides. And wait, the mashed potatoes was not even full. Then I had to get a crispy chicken breast, Because they were short of original chicken breast.

The fried chicken was a soggy mess. The only decent part of the meal was the fries. I'll never eat at KFC again

I tried the chicken sandwich tonight. It's right up there with Popeyes and Chick-fil-A.

Another establishment that doesn't accept coupons. Which should be illegal - it doesn't matter, franchise or not, KFC should have it in their bylaws that their franchisees accept and participate in all coupons and promos.

I had placed a mobile order for tenders. On my way to pick them up (15 minutes away) I stopped to purchase some items at a grocery store then proceeded on to this KFC. When I arrived I noticed no order at the pickup place. I waited until the cashier finished with the two other people waiting to order and I heard her mention that there no tenders.
When she got to me I told her that I had an order for tenders and she was surprised at my statement and told me they were frozen. She walked away and then came back and said that she notified the manager.
After a longer period than I thought I finally got my tenders.
What worse, It was lunchtime, and the manager didn't even come out to talk or apologize.

Stopped in after Church. Food was delicious. Chicken has gotten to be such very small pieces that's disappointing. The associates were very attentive.

The food was subpar and I ordered an extra coleslaw and an order of Mac and Cheese and never received them. The biscuits were horrible, borderline inedible due to them being old and stale. It was disappointing, I also asked for sauces and never received any at all. Usually enjoy this KFC, but never again.
