Water leaking all over the store

Stopped in to buy some belts and ties. The gentleman in the men's department was very helpful with in assistancing me with my purchases.

Disrespectfull cashier thursay in the morning she was so unfriendly look like she hates her job she didn't want to talk when I tried to ask something and skiped me on the line finally I leave the clothes on the front desk.it was on the west colonial store. I never will be in this horrible place.

Terrible! I went to try on a blazer and I assume an angry, tired employee shouts, "I can't wait until its 9 o'clock, Jesus! "
So why did have a question. (me looking at the camera)
I went to another employee that seemed ok. I asked her the question and then Aunt Ester (Sanford and Son) came over telling me to ask her because that's her section.
Im not going through our whole exchange but PEOPLE, WE HAVE TO DO BETTER. I didn't tell you apply for your job, nor the hours you work. I reach a point in my long day that I want to bug out and flip on people. That's not how I want to be treated so I don't put the bad energy out there. K&G you have to do better!

I have bought 4 times from here. This last time I had to have repair work done on my suit. No charge was made to me for repairs.

This place had a roach crawling on one of the dresses.went to get a bridesmaids dresses taking in they wanted to charge me $150.00 I told them no way this is the price I paid for the dress.took it to David's bridal and only had to pay $30.00

Trendy business, formal wear for men and women. They always have sales on the men clothing! Not enough sales on women clothes! I love the store though.

Great Manager, she was great and helped me get a nice look for wedding. Thank you so much for accommodating us.

Generally pretty good. I would rather buy a suit out of here then get one from Suit City or Looking Good. Much better quality clothing than the above 2 stores

I was looking for a all black suit affordable price. They sold them separately, the prices are to high. Please bring in more affordable black suits for Ushering.

My family shops here regularly and we will not be coming back. The manager Ms. Donna was the absolute most rudest manager I have ever dealt with. I normally don’t complain about things like this but it was absolutely ridiculous. And myself nor my family and friends won’t be coming back here for sure. Thanks Ms. Donna for the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience!

The clothes there are great quality and even if they tend to lean on the little expensive side they are still affordable. Men can expect suits and pants, women/females dresses and purses. Different combos you can put together and wear. Highly recommend!

Evette (Manager) leadership and customer service is questionable at best. And she is very rude and impersonable. I expected so much more from my experience at K&G. Especially when it is supposedly a Superstore for the refine and professional shopper.
