K&G Fashion Superstore, Orlando FL

I bought pants and a jacket from this store for $120. I tried them on at home and it didn’t fit. I went back to return or exchange them and they said they were altered so I could not return them. I DID NOT ALTER THEM. They were literally sold to me that way. They wouldn’t even let me exchange the jacket or pants for my size (The sizes run very small compared to other stores where I have purchased suits). I was extremely disappointed and now I am forced to keep a suit that does not fit me.
I will also add the two women up front were very rude as I tried to explain to them nicely that I had purchased the suit exactly the way I was trying to exchange/return it. I also tried returning it just a few days after I had purchased it.

I would avoid this store and shop elsewhere. Good Luck.

Kyles customer service was amazing. His fashion sense is out of this world, if you try to put something together without kyles sense your messed up.

Bought suits from K&G since 2015, about 12. Won’t go back to this location. Asked the gentleman working there two times for a help, He was very kind and said one moment both times. 30 minutes later he walked right passed me. Never seen a store with staff so busy with 6 customers in it and not a single person in it was being helped.

It was nice, comfortable to shop. Sales associates were there to assist you but didn't crowd you. They were also very friendly. K&G had what we couldn't find in any other store and that was boys dress clothing and shoes. They had a great selection of styles and colors and of great quality. Would recommend to anyone. They can dress up the entire family.

The selection for boy's was non existent but we were able to get something very nice for hubby. Best prices

I am terrible with names but the female manager on duty last time I went was great.very helpful.all the staff very helpful as well.well kept clean and neat store as well.will definitely shop there more often and would highly recommend to anyone.very budget friendly too!

Great customer service. Unlike the other location, the associates were extremely helpful. They offered their tailoring service to accommodate requests. The staff was very knowledgeable and we left with a new suit in hand. Check them out!

Customer service was terrible one guy measured my neck and told me to get a size he thought would fit me of course it didn't when I went home and tried it on it did not I come back and tell him I have to try shirts on you should have shirts out that people could try on he argued that I should not open any shirts out of the packs if someone is spending money on a product they have to make sure the customer is 100% happy with the fit.

Not a bad place to find a suit, shoes, and shirt, ties etc. Found fun socks too. Sign up and save on the weekends! Great prices.

Honestly they had really amazing suits I was genuinely surprised. The cashier's were also very nice

K&G came highly recommend. They had everything I needed for a funeral. Suit tie shoes belt and alterations in house just in time for my deadline. 1 stop shopping.

When to this store cashier and manager has no customers service, they was so unprofessional, they didn't have no idea about the sale going on in the store, had a coupon, manager telling me I cannot return the purchase, and at the same time said I have 30 days to return, make no sense what she said. I had to leave every thing I wanted to purchase which was over $300.00. This is the store on Michigan Avenue. The cashier look at us like we cannot afford what we wanted to purchase, maybe because we are BLACK. That's the only answer I could come up with, what else could it be? Without us shoppers they don't have a job, very disappointed.

A few weeks ago I had an important event to attend. I wanted to make a great impression when I walked through the door. I went to your K&G store and was helped by Kyle. This guy really knows his stuff. He helped me understand why my dress shirts fit the way they do. He didn't just show me anything. He asked questions and gave me suggestions that were specific to my needs. Kyle is also personable. It was like shopping with a friend. When I attended the event, I received a lot of compliments. Thank you for helping! You're the best in the business. Fellas, if you want to look like a million bucks, ask for Kyle. He's get your right!

I was in need of a new tuxedo on short notice, I went directly to K & G Fashion Superstore. They have an excellent inventory for all your fashion needs, short, long, casual to formal, whatever your needs may be, they have it.great prices, great selection. GREAT alterations! They made my new tux look like it was hand made just for me!
