The sales and management staff at Kia Delray were very courteous and professional. Our sales associate Gio Arruda was very helpful in accommodating our needs in a new vehicle and did not pressure us in any way. Andy Smith in finance was also helpful and understanding of our needs.
Our new Kia Sportage is exactly what we were looking for and we are very pleased with the car and the team at Kia Delray.

Excellent and courteous service. Extremely professional and patient. Gio Arruda was spectacular throughout the sales process. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was excellent in every way and a pleasure to deal with throughout my purchasing experience. Very high level of expertise and honest. Great overall experience.

Service is very good but wait time to get appt is 3 weeks, far too long if you have issue with car, as I did.

Great experience at Kia Delray! Found the perfect car and got a great deal. My salesman James was great and very professional throughout the whole process. The sales and finance managers Thai and Andy were great too! Highly recommend coming to Kia Delray if you’re looking for a vehicle!

I was very pleased with the service. I believe the representatives name was Sauro and he was fantastic. I was having problems with the car starting and my key fob. They did an inspection on the electric and found everything was OK. It was just a dead battery and the battery is fine so it cost $180 and that was it. It was nice that they were honest and they did a great job. Thank you, Tom.

Loved the experience.

My wife was in the market to replace her luxury gas SUV for an electric vehicle, I will not name brands as it is irrelevant, but we went and test drove the biggest "SUV" from the big EV brand which had a hefty price tag around 80k, we then looked at a couple of german brands for a comparable style as my wife's current vehicle but had no luck, as we were leaving one of the dealerships my 12 year old son who is into cars spot across the street a massive white SUV which was the Kia EV9 wind, it was Sunday around 6 PM, and as we were driving away he told my wife that she would like the Kia SUV and all the features, my wife took his words and we pulled into the Delray Kia dealership.

As we got to the dealership Ricky our salesman was amazingly knowledgeable, he greeted us with a pleasant smile and answered all the questions my wife had about features she needed in a car, we then test drove the EV9 wind and my wife loved it, but it was late and the kids needed to sleep, also, we realized there was a different model of the EV9 with captains chairs, but they didn't have it in a color my wife wanted, Ricky told us he would find out about the colors and when we were about to leave the manager (forgot his name) approached us and explained the features and the reliability of the brand, he was extremely nice.

Ricky kept in contact throughout the week as well as the manager, so we decided to go back and test drive the model with captains chair, but as we walked into the lobby my wife spotted a Sorento plug-in hybrid in the showroom, this was perfect since she had previously voiced her concerns about going fully electric and what would happen if a hurricane cut the power for let say a week. So when Ricky explained to her how plug-in hybrids work, she was sold.

She test drove it and loved it, after that we went ahead with the financing, at that point Brett the finance manager took over, he was very pleasant and explained every single detail of the papers I was signing, he ran all the numbers I asked him and found the best rate based on what I was comfortable paying, the process overall from walking into the dealerships to leaving took about 3 hours, but the whole time we were there Ricky kept making sure my wife and kids (7 and 12) knew he was on it, even offered snacks and refreshments multiple times to all of us.

I have to say the experience was extremely pleasant, the car drives awesome, and the warranty was unbeatable.

Thank you to Ricky Gould and Brett (forgot his name sorry) at Kia Delray for everything I would definitely be recommending your dealership to my friends.

Brought EV6 in with “Check Electrical System” light on. Another Kia dealer could not identify what the issue was but Kia Delray identified the issue and ordered parts for it. BRAVO to the technicians and Sorren Jackson who was very helpful at resolving the issue! Will bringing my car there from now on.

Adrian was extremely helpful! After losing my last vehicle, I wanted to go somewhere as stress-free as possible. He was super informative and addressed any concerns I had. He was very straight forward, which is a great quality to have in sales. Overall, everyone has phenomenal customer service and I will be a returning customer in the future.

Tire pressure was way over the specifications on all 4 tires.
Specifications on label calls for 34 PSI for front and Rear tires.
Lowest tire was 37psi and highest was 39psi.
I set display to show pressure as I left the dealership the first readings were as above.
This leads to early tire wear.

My second comment was about the washing.
Front and rear windows needed to be cleaned when I got home.
Very Dissaponted.

I showed up at 7: 30 AM and was out before 9 AM. They could not have been more hospitable and efficient in getting me in and out. The car was serviced, washed, all in all a painless experience.
