The salesman was the best. He took the time to explain the vehicle and all of it's smart functions. We have owned a Kia for 10 years and wanted another, and the Seltos fit our needs. Very capable in maneuvering our dirt roads, never stumbled and it gets great MPG. Highly recommend this Company, the salesman, which it was his first day on the job, about 20 minutes, I don't have his card, but he was great.

TLDR: Good service, but there's only so much one can do in the face of planned obsolescence.

Not bad, friendly and professional service, fairly prompt. But we've had to take our car back so many times to get the same problems fixed, probably twice for each window so far. So maybe the quality of work isn't good or the quality of the car isn't good.
Edit: I amend my previous review, it was not bad work by the Kia techs. I pulled out the part myself and it looks to me like a set of poorly designed plastic gears. The Kia parts rep even called me back to help me find replacement parts.

The service department at this location is absolutely terrible. They have had my mother-in-law's car for three weeks and not only have they not actually performed any of the diagnostic/service work they stated they would perform, they have given her the run around every step of the way. In spite of talking to both management and service advisors, no solutions have been offered, and no accommodations have been made. She is picking up her car on Monday to take it to a different Kia dealership, and none of our friends or family will every step foot onto this dealership's property again.

Mike was able to help my husband and I buy a 2022 Kia Sorento. We absolutely love it and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Everything from paperwork, negotiating, and signing the official papers with Pete was efficient & everyone at the dealership was so welcoming! Thank you Kia of Orange Park!

The only positive thing I can say is the facility was clean. Kelton Powell called me at 8 am to tell me that my credit was approved, I could get the payments I wanted and the car was ready. Little did i know, that was the beginning of the lies. I arrived at the dealership after a long day at work only to find that the car was not as he made it seem. The price was not what we talked about, and the car had several serious issues with it. He claimed he didn't know it was not inspected before he tried to sell it to me. Even though he had all day to find out all the information I needed. Then he continued to lie to me about the condition of the car. Only to find out that it was being sold as is with no warranty after another associate told me there was a limited warranty. Then I ended up having to get my brother to come pick me up because I had no ride home after 3.5 hours at the dealership. The only person who tried to be honest was Jimmy the finance guy. As we were leaving he approached my brothers truck and said Kelton told him to tell us, if we didn't buy the car they were going to send it to auction so this was our last chance. Which means Kelton knew the car was a piece of ****, but was still going to try and sell it to me. Then I called and asked for a letter for my insurance company so I can cancel the insurance on the vehicle that i didnt get. Kelton told me they dont provide those types of letters. Then i emailed him again and asked him to just email me something saying i did not take possession of the car. He has not sent it yet. People, you only send a car to auction from a dealership if you know you not going to make no money on it. He knew exactly what he was doing. Watch out for Kelton, he is a liar and doesn't care what he gives you as long as he makes a sale.

Both Bobby and David were awesome throughout process. I was given several options for a vehicle and David went above and beyond with the bank to make it happen and also made sure that I was happy and satisfied and I appreciated that. Whenever a concern arises, David and Bobby address it professionally and provided the best solution that will work out for everyone. Thanks David & Bobby for everything.

Had a great experience during our first time visit to the Service Department. Alex Oztolaza was our Service Advisor and he provided great service even though we did not purchase our car here. We look forward to continuing to work with Alex and the service department.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. If I could give less stars I would. My vehicle was there for 7 months and is still not fixed. But the worst part about it was no would call me back. My manager had to drive there and demand to see the service manager to find out that they still could not figure out what was wrong. The service manager gave me his business card and told me to deal directly with him. I called him 3 times in one day and emailed him as well, he never returned my call or answered my email!

I had a fantastic service experience on 8/4/22! Rene Rivera is very attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure my car received the optimal maintenance service.he also is very detail oriented, discussed and provided packet information on all the ways to maintain my car service properly. I love the way the Orange Park location service and waiting area is designed.my experience there was a true pleasure!

I will respectfully suggest to improve the communication with the clients that leave their cars for repairs. I had a hard time 1 week on foot for a engine and transmition oil change. The assistants that works in there are way too busy or maybe they might need to reorganize on their jobs in a matter the client doesn't have to just wait for days to hear what is going on with the vehicle. I believe Kia must give updates to it's clients at least every 1-2 days. My best opinion.

This Kia is still undefeated! Amazing people, amazing service and not only that they live stream your service! My service rep was Alex he was great! Super professional and informative with the things my car needed! If you need a car come see Christopher Pinard! He will get you approved! You want a great experience come here! Extremely greedy business. Got a WAY better price on the EV6 (with a better trim packaged) at Mike Murphy Kia of Brunswick. Totally worth the drive, and they have more coming. If your looking for a more fair price. High demand and low supply doesn’t mean try to rob people blind. I buy a new vehicle every few years and will never give this dealership my business. Tip anyone shopping for cars: don’t be afraid to walk away if you’re not getting what you want, and check all dealerships within a reasonable range.

As always Alex was Johnny-on-the-spot. I had just returned from a trip to NH and dropped in to ask Alex when he could get me scheduled for my 20K service. He told me to come in at 8 the next morning and I came in at 8 and he told me that it would take about 2 hours for the service and to check a couple of things I asked to be checked. The service was completed as well as the 2 items I had them check, as well as a car wash and I was on the road at 0950. I may be spoiled by now but that is exactly what I expected from Alex and the entire service team at Orange Park Kia. Service was exceptional and I really appreciate employees such as Alex. Atta boy Alex.

Went here recently to get an oil change and tire rotation, everyone was super nice as always. My consultant/advisor person was Alexander, he was very personable and helpful! I really appreciate how quick and simple everything was. Of course, I didnt have any issues afterwards, thankfully here they get everything done right the first time compare to other places I've been to.
