I can see why this business has been around for upwards of several decades! I came in last minute in need of purchasing a bouquet for a family friend who is unfortunately passing away. I was asked my budget and what I had in mind for this bouquet. The nice young lady immediately got to working and came out with the most stellar, beautiful flowers I could think of. These people are extremely talented and empathetic- they really do care. I am so thankful for Kikilis Florist!

It’s most unfortunate when you find a place that you have purchased flowers from before let’s you down and criticizes your judgement. This is exactly what happened at Kikillis florist in Tarpon Springs Florida. This was the fourth time I purchased flowers for my sister and usually they are beautiful and last a long time. Well. Last week Monday I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday on Tuesday. To the tune of two hundred dollars worth of flowers. When my sister received all seemed good, but two days later Thursday the flowers were dead. Not just a little but really dead. My sister called the shop and left a message and to her surprise the owner called her back with a nasty message. Insisting that all their flowers have a long plant life. Now I’m the daughter of a third generation florist and sometimes flowers do die. But what do you do. As a good business owner you apologize. You don’t insult the customers intelligence or call them back to leave another insulting comment (which Laura did). You simply say. I’m sorry. We didn’t want any free flowers. We didn’t want it credited. We just wanted someone to know. Is this an issue that would prevent you from buying something from this flower shop. It is for me. Kindness counts.

I recently ordered some flowers for my Mom for her birthday and Kikilis delivered the most amazing arrangement! The owner spent a lot of time making sure she understood exactly what I wanted and asked me detailed questions around color and types of flowers my Mom liked. My Mom sent me pictures of the beautiful arrangement and I was blown away! The flowers actually exceeded all my expectations and they have lasted a week now. Five star flowers and service from this shop!

It was a blessing to have Kikilis be our choice for flowers for a funeral service we recently held.
