My first visit and everyone was friendly and courteous. I didn’t have to wait. This office is close to home which is a big plus.
I was about to return fir a cleaning but confused my appointment time and then rescheduled for an 8 am but wasn’t able to go. I was rescheduled again. However, at no point was I told there would be a $45 charge for a ‘failed appointment’. Received the bill today. This wasn’t told to me at any point. But it’s on the appointment card, they said. Poor client service. Warning.
