Stopped in for ice cream on the Wednesday. Then stopped in for ice cream on the Thursday. It's good.

The best of the best! You have to stop by for some treats and watch the fudge making. You will not be disappointed

Had to stop in after the delicious smells we caught passing by! Tons of options for desserts, but relatively pricey. Paid $12 for a slice of fudge but it was a full slab and incredibly delicious. Friendly staff; great if you have a strong sweet tooth.

Favorite ice cream place; this will probably be the only place I get ice cream from, and that’s because it isn’t loaded with sugar like other places are. This is one of the best ice cream places ever! Even the dark chocolate covered marshmallow isn’t loaded with sugar, so that tells me a lot!:) This will be my go to once we move to the area. Highly recommend 100!

On the effort to make a creamy ice cream they use too much artificial ingredients, that makes the ice cream to taste like plastic. The relation taste-money doesn't worth it.

Bought ice cream, chocolate fudge w/ walnuts, peanut butter fudge, & chocolate fudge all were delicious!

Hands down best ice cream I have ever had. To the point where a local Police Officer makes sure to patrol past it so he has an excuse to get one.

Two days in a row this place was on point! There was a long line but, unlike a lot of other establishments, this place had PLENTY of employees so the wait was not long at all. The lemon sorbetto-perfection

I've been coming here with my parents since the late 90's. I bring my kids here all the time when we are in town.

Ice cream was delicious but the service was rude and unhelpful. I didn’t like the cream I chose at first so I requested to change it ($10 for a cone with 2 scoops might I add) and Brian felt the need to let me know it would be a “loss” for them if they replaced my my ice cream with something I would actually like. It was my first time here and it was a terrible customer service experience

I have visited Kilwins in many locations around the country. The smell of sugar is enough to drive me crazy. The ice cream is amazing.

My first time to Kilwins was a smashing success. I was greeted with my choice of a free piece of fudge! We were off to a memorable start! The team member Joyce told me about Kilwins best sellers and showed me a map of all of their locations. I acted to send my Mom Eater candy, but I was informed I would have to contact the Kilwins in her state. I bought a small box of sea salt Carmel chocolates for neighbors who took me to Deck 84, and two chocolate pops to share with friends. I biked their so I did not want to buy anything that would melt on my 18 mile bike ride back. Joyce did inform me that fudge doesn't melt at 100 degrees but I was still cautious.

My neighbors loved the chocolates, and my friends enjoyed the chocolate Marshmwllow and peanut butter pops.

Best hot chocolate of my life. Made with real thick chocolate. They sell boxes of mini chocolates in three sizes depending on the weight. Also got birthday cake ice cream made with cake chunks.

Best chocolate shop/ice cream parlor around (specifically their fudge, ugh) the quality is superb, you can literally smell this place down the block and the women working this particular spot take it to the next level.they bring a friendliness/wholesomeness that brings you back
